Die Lage war sehr schön. Sauberkeit und Funktionalität des Objekts ließen zu wünschen übrig. Die Terrassenmöbel müssten dringend ersetzt werden.

Frühstück mit Blick auf dem Selliner See

Die Lage von unserem Ferienhaus war perfekt. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Am See entlang bis zum Hafen und mit der Bäderbahn Richtung Strand oder Stadt. Hat super geklappt. Bei Fragen haben wir die Familie Jürgs kontaktiert und Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Die Lage am See ist super. Gleich gegenüber ein Steg, der zum Angeln genutzt werden kann. Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Die Seebrücke und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist relativ klein. Für 6 Personen eher ungeeignet. Da wir nur zu 2 waren, hat das aber gepasst.Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind lt. Beschreibung vorhanden und im Preis inbegriffen. Das war nicht der Fall. Sollte extra bezahlt werden. Wir haben unsere eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher genutzt.Alles in Allem, ein schönes Objekt für eine Woche Urlaub.Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer klappt super. Sehr nett und freundlich.

Die Lage des Hauses am See ist wunderschön. Die Innenausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für 6 Personen könnte es eng werden. Es war schon mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Jugendlichen herausfordernd, vorallem die kleine Küche und der Mini Kühlschrank. Die Küche ist allerdings mit allem Material ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ideal ist die Abstellkammer neben der Treppe. Das Bad ist neu und war bei Ankunft sauber.

Insgesamt war alles sauber und funktional. Unerfreulich war, dass sich die Schlafzimmer nicht verdunkeln ließen. Und die Einzelbetten der Kinder waren bei jeder Bewegung am Knarzen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung für nur eine Woche.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus liegt direkt am See und die Aussicht war wunderschön. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich. Wir waren begeistert und kommen wieder.

Eigentlich Aufenthalt ok, aber schräges Verhalten der Besitzer

In FeWo ist beschrieben mit Handtücher und Bettzeug (extra erwähnt inkludiert), Besitzer wollten dann extra alles bezahlt bekommen. Gästetoilette lief das Wasser die ganze Zeit (Verschwendung und laut). Strom fällt ab und zu aus.Lage ist gut gewesen, aber trotzdem Haus 13 nie wieder.

Schöne Ferien am See

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Haus am See. Das Haus ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Die meisten Zimmer sind mit schönem Blick Richtung See und Hafen. Bei der Ankunft war alles sauber.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war sehr schön,die Unterkunft war Zweckmäßig und sauber,für vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder etwas eng.Zentrale Lage,alles wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen und doch sehr ruhig und entspannend.Negativ:die Terasse war mit Unkraut bewachsenund der Grill ging gar nicht,bitte austauschen.

Traumhaft schöne Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt direkt am Selliner See sehr genossen. Ein schönes Haus und eine traumhafte Lage. Trotz wechselndem Wetter konnten wir jeden Tag auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig. Wir waren jedoch nur zwei Personen. Auch den Blick vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den See fanden wir sehr schön. Wir würden jederzeit das Haus wieder buchen. Leider war der beschriebene Steg in den See nicht zugänglich und muss noch repariert werden. Da wir kein Badewetter hatten, störte es uns nicht. Bei anderen Temperaturen hätten wir ihn gerne genutzt.

Tolle ruhige Lage mit Blick über den Selliner See

Das schöne Haus , ruhig gelegen, mit tollem Blick über den Selliner See war sofort unser Zuhause auf Rügen. Der Weg zur Seebrücke war für uns zu Fuss kein Problem. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern wegen technischer Routerproblemen war sehr angenehm. Das Problem wurde sehr schnell gelöst.

Eigentlich sehr schön, aber ....

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal Gäste in diesem sehr zentral gelegenen Haus und wussten, was uns erwarten wird; eine nicht mehr ganz neue Einrichtung, aber alles vorhanden, was man mit zwei bis drei Personen so zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Leider stand unser Aufenthalt unter einem ungünstigen Stern. So war die gründliche Reinigung des Hauses nur sehr mäßig erfolgt; einige sehr unhygienische Dinge haben wir vorgefunden. Da die Eigentümerin uns im Vorfeld informierte, dass kurzfristig ein Wechsel des Betreuers stattgefunden hat, waren wir über den Zustand verwundert. Auch gab es Probleme mit der Heizung und dem Warmwasser und der Betreuer musste deshalb mehrmals gerufen werden. All diese Umstände haben unseren Aufenthalt bzw. den Kurzurlaub über Silvester deutlich gemindert. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen, denn die fussläufig gut erreichbare Nähe zur Wilhelmstr. (Zentrum) und zum Bahnhof (rasender Roland) sowie der schöne Ausblick auf den Selliner See sind großartig. Dennoch bleibt der bittere Beigeschmack eines nicht erholsamen Kurzurlaubs über den Jahreswechsel 2023/2024.

Die Vermieter sind mega nett,das Haus ist ganz fantastisch und die Lage bezaubernd. Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche,das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet,was das Herz begehrt.Es gab nichts,rein gar nix,woran es fehlte. Wir bedanken uns bei den Eigentümern für das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen,dass wir dieses wunderschöne Haus am See nutzen durften. Es war fantastisch

Erholsamer Urlaub mit Blick auf den Selliner See

Sehr erholsam. Ruhige Lage trotz Hauptstraße. Ganz nah zur Ostsee und dem Trubel. D.h. alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Das Haus ist ein wenig abgewohnt, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Schönes neues Bad. Leider kann man die Schlafzimmer nicht richtig abdunkeln. Also ist es früh hell im Zimmer. Die Gartenmöbel könnten erneuert werden und der Grill wäre sauber auch schöner gewesen. Trotz der Kleinigkeiten aber ein schöner Urlaubsort

Ein wunderschöner Ort für die Ferien

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub am Selliner See. Das Haus liegt herrlich am See und mit der Terrasse kann man den Blick über den See von morgens bis abends genießen. Das Haus bietet für 4 Personen gut Platz, mit zwei kleinen Kindern dazu passt es auch noch. Bei dem tollen Wetter war der Platz drinnen allerdings eh zweitrangig. Die Küche ist eher klein und man sollte nicht zu viele Ambitionen zur Selbstversorgung mitbringen, aber gemütlich machen kann man es sich.

Silvester in Sellin

Das Ferienhaus ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt für sechs Personen gut geeignet. Es ist sehr schön direkt am Selliner See gelegen und ein guter Ausangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. Da es in zweiter Reihe steht, sind die Geräusche der B196, die am Objekt vorbeiführt kein Problem. Bei der Buchung sollte die Bettengröße beachtet werden (besonders die der zwei Einzelbetten und im Obergeschoss). Das eine oder andere ist renovierungsbedürftig.
