Eigentlich sehr schön, aber ....
Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal Gäste in diesem sehr zentral gelegenen Haus und wussten, was uns erwarten wird; eine nicht mehr ganz neue Einrichtung, aber alles vorhanden, was man mit zwei bis drei Personen so zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Leider stand unser Aufenthalt unter einem ungünstigen Stern. So war die gründliche Reinigung des Hauses nur sehr mäßig erfolgt; einige sehr unhygienische Dinge haben wir vorgefunden. Da die Eigentümerin uns im Vorfeld informierte, dass kurzfristig ein Wechsel des Betreuers stattgefunden hat, waren wir über den Zustand verwundert. Auch gab es Probleme mit der Heizung und dem Warmwasser und der Betreuer musste deshalb mehrmals gerufen werden. All diese Umstände haben unseren Aufenthalt bzw. den Kurzurlaub über Silvester deutlich gemindert. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen, denn die fussläufig gut erreichbare Nähe zur Wilhelmstr. (Zentrum) und zum Bahnhof (rasender Roland) sowie der schöne Ausblick auf den Selliner See sind großartig. Dennoch bleibt der bittere Beigeschmack eines nicht erholsamen Kurzurlaubs über den Jahreswechsel 2023/2024.

Super tolles Haus am See
Die Vermieter sind mega nett,das Haus ist ganz fantastisch und die Lage bezaubernd.
Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche,das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet,was das Herz begehrt.Es gab nichts,rein gar nix,woran es fehlte.
Wir bedanken uns bei den Eigentümern für das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen,dass wir dieses wunderschöne Haus am See nutzen durften.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit Blick auf den Selliner See
Sehr erholsam. Ruhige Lage trotz Hauptstraße. Ganz nah zur Ostsee und dem Trubel. D.h. alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Das Haus ist ein wenig abgewohnt, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Schönes neues Bad. Leider kann man die Schlafzimmer nicht richtig abdunkeln. Also ist es früh hell im Zimmer. Die Gartenmöbel könnten erneuert werden und der Grill wäre sauber auch schöner gewesen. Trotz der Kleinigkeiten aber ein schöner Urlaubsort

Das Objekt und die Lage ist wirklich toll und mir dem Steg, mehr oder weniger direkt vor der Terrasse hat man direkten Zugang zum See. Leider war es nicht ordentlich gereinigt worden, bevor wir angereist sind. Der Fußboden klebte

Ein wunderschöner Ort für die Ferien
Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub am Selliner See. Das Haus liegt herrlich am See und mit der Terrasse kann man den Blick über den See von morgens bis abends genießen. Das Haus bietet für 4 Personen gut Platz, mit zwei kleinen Kindern dazu passt es auch noch. Bei dem tollen Wetter war der Platz drinnen allerdings eh zweitrangig. Die Küche ist eher klein und man sollte nicht zu viele Ambitionen zur Selbstversorgung mitbringen, aber gemütlich machen kann man es sich.

Silvester in Sellin
Das Ferienhaus ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt für sechs Personen gut geeignet. Es ist sehr schön direkt am Selliner See gelegen und ein guter Ausangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. Da es in zweiter Reihe steht, sind die Geräusche der B196, die am Objekt vorbeiführt kein Problem. Bei der Buchung sollte die Bettengröße beachtet werden (besonders die der zwei Einzelbetten und im Obergeschoss). Das eine oder andere ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Sehr gute Lage
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders den Morgenkaffee im Strandkorb mit dem Blick auf den See. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht.Leider waren im oberen Zimmer noch Haare von den Vorgängern auf dem Boden und Bett vorhanden und der Heizkörper war fleckig. Der Rest war aber sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten zwei große Leute (über1,90m) dabei, für die beiden waren die Einzelbetten zu klein. Der kleine Garten könnte aufgehübscht werden, die Piekssträucher sind nicht dafür geeignet, wenn man kleine Kinder dabei hat. Wir waren alles in allem aber sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
