This high-quality holiday apartment in the Mönchgut building in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin offers approximately 32 square meters of living space for up to three guests and is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the island of Rügen. It is located on the first floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex, just 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and Lake Sellin. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance.

The apartment boasts thoughtful furnishings: A bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains ensures a restful sleep, while a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, microwave with convection and grill functions, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and blender. Wi-Fi and initial bed linen are included. A TV and DVD player provide entertainment.

A special bonus is the southwest-facing balcony, perfect for relaxing. As a guest, you benefit from a 25% discount at the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World all year round.
