The cozy holiday apartment in Haus Mönchgut offers 20 m² of living space, providing the ideal retreat for up to two guests seeking a relaxing holiday on the island of Rügen. Located on the second floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex, the apartment is just 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and the idyllic Sellin Lake. A bakery and shops are within easy walking distance.

The combined living and sleeping area is functionally and comfortably furnished, featuring a convenient double bed that folds down from the wall, as well as blackout curtains for restful nights. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a coffee maker and toaster, providing everything you need for self-catering. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi, a television, and initial linens ensure added comfort during your stay.

After an eventful day, the northeast-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and unwind. Within the holiday complex, you will also find a bicycle storage room and a children's playground. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

A special highlight is the daily free use of the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). Furthermore, starting Easter 2026, you can enjoy a modern fitness center, which you can use free of charge. A security deposit of €100 is required for your stay and will be refunded upon proper return of the apartment within five business days of departure.
