Our beautiful and modernly furnished holiday rental (max. 6 adult guests, separate entrance, 165 square metres, 1 very large living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms with shower/bathtub and toilet, Wi-Fi, large terrace with grill and a view of the harbour) is situated in a quiet location surrounded by greenery and lies directly at the confluence of the Having River and Lake Neuensien in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. With a fascinating, unobstructed panoramic view of the idyllic sailing harbour, the hunting lodge, or the Having River, you can let your thoughts wander in complete relaxation...

The spacious and very comfortably furnished holiday rental is in a quiet location and offers opportunities for sunbathing, barbecuing, sports, and games right on the property. There is a small fish pond on the property. It’s only about 3,000 metres to the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach with the pier on the Baltic Sea. There’s also a small swimming area in Seedorf. The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, along with its district of Seedorf, is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring stunning, unspoiled nature. There are numerous biking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

The town centre of the Baltic Sea resort is about 2,500 m away, and the small train station for the “Rasender Roland” is about 3,000 m away. In the centre, various shops, stores, 4 supermarkets, the AHOI water park with a sauna area, and many restaurants invite you to linger.

The holiday rental also includes 2 covered parking spaces right next to the house; a third vehicle can be parked for free about 200 m away. A lockable storage area for bicycles is also available. Rental bikes can be delivered directly to the property upon request. The nearest public transit bus stop is approximately 1,500 metres away.

Our beautiful and comfortably furnished holiday rental is approximately 165 square metres in size and can accommodate up to 6 adult guests as well as children in a travel cot. It has been furnished in a modern, high-quality, and tasteful style and offers Wi-Fi internet access. A lovely fireplace provides cosy warmth during the cold season, in addition to the heating system.

The spacious living room, featuring large windows and access to the terrace, includes two comfortable sofas with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. The modern, spacious kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. A large dining table with chairs in the living room offers plenty of space for 6 people

All three bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, and a closet, and each has its own flat-screen TV.



A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request.



Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with bed linens, and fresh towels will be provided.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower (one also has a bathtub), a toilet, and a sink, and feature natural light. A washing machine is available for shared use in the complex for a fee.

The large terrace of the holiday apartment features a garden table, a beach chair, seating, and a large grill.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
