Welcome to the Seepark Sellin. The Non smoking apartment is located in a quiet location to be superb accommodation for your holidays with west exposure on the second floor, ideally located for you. 2-4 people live on about 52 square meters in the light and welcoming apartment, which was renovated in spring, 2013. You are welcome to come with their car and find a car underground parking space (no. 39) before including. The underground car park height is 2.00m. In the apartment your gaze falls especially on the balconies, which can be reached directly from the bedroom smaller, and the great from all the rooms can be walked on. The existing style will bring you instantly memorable evenings in a nice atmosphere. Especially nice is a complete kitchenette with a dining area and 4 chairs. Apart from the usual features, the kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and oven. If the kitchen stays cold, the fridge-freezer combination and the microwave provide good service for a small snack in between. For shared breakfast coffee maker, toaster and kettle are available and the dishwasher works in the time that you use for your holiday enjoyment. The bathroom, which is equipped with a glass circular shower and the toilet, which is separate from the bathroom were completely renovated in spring 2014 and refurbished. Calm can be found in your bedroom, which leaves with a comfortable double bed (2x0,90mx2,00m), the two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe desired. The windows are darkened here. The living room is ideal separated by a sliding door from the dining room and can be used as a bed (sofa bed) for the third and fourth person in addition you get a coffee table, 2 small armchairs, reading lamp and a sideboard. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.
