The 57 m² apartment in the Seepark Sellin complex accommodates up to four people and is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday on the island of Rügen. Thanks to its location on the third floor and the available elevator, the apartment is easily accessible.

The Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and the idyllic Sellin Lake are just 900 meters away. Shops and a bakery are located directly in the complex and are within easy walking distance.

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains, as well as a sofa bed in the living area. The modern, open-plan kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Wi-Fi and initial bed linens are included. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.

A special bonus is the daily free use of the swimming pool in the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (excluding June 29th to September 14th, 2026). From Easter 2026, a modern fitness area will also be available for your free use.

You can relax and unwind on the northwest-facing balcony at the end of your day. One pet is welcome. A bicycle storage room, children's playground, and elevator are also available for guests. A security deposit of €200.00 is required for the apartment and will be refunded upon departure.
