The Holstein House was built in the seaside resort architectural style. It is centrally located yet quiet on Hermannstraße in the Baltic Sea resort town of Sellin. Just 100 metres away, you’ll find Wilhelmstraße, the promenade that leads directly to the pier—and thus to the Baltic Sea beach, about 300 metres from your apartment. Right next to the building, you can walk through the expanded spa park to reach the spa administration office, among other places. Bakeries, great cafés, a chemist, and a bike rental shop are also within quick walking distance. Sellin stands out for its wide range of tourist attractions. You can enjoy the recreational swimming pool with its sauna area year-round and the water slides during the season. From your holiday apartment, you can set out in any direction to explore the sun-drenched island of Rügen. Visit the neighbouring town of Binz or the Granitz Hunting Lodge. Experience the Störtebeker Festival against the unique backdrop of the Jasmund Bodden, or bike to the former fishing village of Seedorf or the Mönchgut Peninsula. There, enjoy kilometres of sandy beaches or the seclusion and natural tranquility of the evenings. Visit Germany’s largest island and create your own unforgettable memories.



Haus Holstein, Apartment 07 with balcony:

The modernly designed 2-room holiday apartment 07 (non-smoking) on the ground floor of “Haus Holstein” has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The apartment covers approximately 48 m² and features a comfortable living area for up to 2 people, complete with a couch, 2 recliners, free Wi-Fi, a radio/CD player with an USB port, and a smart TV. The small built-in kitchen, also located here, leaves nothing to be desired. With an oven, a dishwasher, a 2-zone ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, you can prepare meals just as you would at home. Of course, you’ll also find a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, Senseo pod coffee maker, and a coffee machine to get your day off to a great start. Adjacent to this area is a dining area that completes the space. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), two nightstands, and blackout curtains. You can also store your clothes in the closet and a chest of drawers. From the bedroom, as well as from the living area, you can access your furnished balcony (facing west), where you can enjoy the evening sun as you wind down after a wonderful day on holiday. The interior bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, and a sink. Here you’ll find a mirror cabinet and a hair dryer. The apartment includes a free parking space (No. 07) located at the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the building’s basement. There is also secure storage available for your bicycles. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 1 small towel) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 tea towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
