This cozy holiday apartment in Haus Mönchgut offers 20 square meters of living space and everything you need for a relaxing holiday for two on the island of Rügen. Located in the Seepark Sellin complex, on the upper floor of a well-maintained holiday home, the apartment is just 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and the idyllic Sellin Lake. A bakery and shops are within easy walking distance.

The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed and blackout curtains for restful nights. The fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee maker and toaster allows for easy self-catering. The bathroom is functionally furnished with a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi, a television, and initial bed linens further enhance your stay.

After an active day, the northeast-facing balcony invites you to relax. Guests also have access to a bicycle storage room and a children's playground within the holiday home complex. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

A special bonus is the daily free use of the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (except between June 29th and September 14th, 2026). Furthermore, starting Easter 2026, you can enjoy a modern fitness center, which you can use free of charge during your stay.
