Residenz Seeblick 05 - 2 Room Whg / Balcony

Only a few meters to the beach. The Residenz Seeblick is a modern, bath-style renovated apartment house right on the Baltic Sea. There is an apartment on the ground floor with a balcony in a privileged location. Just a few meters to the beach of Sellin and the pier, the emblem of Sellin speak for themselves. In the house there is the reception, where you take your keys in reception. All flats reach barrier-free with a glass elevator. The apartments are modern and feature a well-stocked kitchenette with dishwasher. The rooms have cable TV with DVD player and stereo with CD player. You can park your bicycles at the house. Each apartment has a parking available. From April to October, we deliver the breakfast rolls to your apartment door on request in the morning. A sauna, solarium and hot tub and washer and dryer are in the common spaces available for a fee. Small dogs are allowed in the apartments and costs 8,00 Euro per night. Please note, this house is a Non smoking house, smoking is possible on the balconies.

Tatsächlich war das Bett völlig durchgelegen - es gab kleinere Mängel, die sind aber vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Jedoch sollte man erwähnen das es unglaublich viele Treppen gibt oder wirklich steile Berge/Fußwege um irgendwohin zu gelangen. Desweiteren hat man jeden Schritt von dem Bewohner über uns gehört.Ansonsten ist ein Aufenthalt in Ordnung.Erstaunlich ist das man eine Endreinigung bezahlt jedoch aufgefordert ist die Betten anzuziehen und zu saugen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt in erster Reihe zum Strand und in der Nähe der Promenadenstraße. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ganz hübsch und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Natürlich gibt es auch immer etwas was man verbessern könnte. Die Matratzen zum Beispiel müssten dringendst ausgewechselt werden, diese sind schon enorm durchgelegen.Leider wird direkt vor der Terrasse gerade ein neues Haus gebaut und zu unserer Zeit gerade die Außenanlagen errichtet, so dass wir ab 7.00 Uhr Bagger, Steinschneidemaschinen und Co im Zimmer hatten. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter der Wohnung nichts. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung und ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen. Das dass große Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, stört nicht. Der Baulärm hielt sich in Grenzen. Das Objekt ist fast fertig. Wir sind Frühaufsteher und vor 7.30 Uhr war nichts zu hören. Es gab genügend Unterstellmöglichkeiten für die Fahrräder. Vom Hinterausgang des Grundstücks gelangt man über Treppen direkt zur Promenade und dann mit dem Aufzug zum Strand. Für Beeinträchtigte eher nichts. Angenehm war auch der Fahrstuhl und der Smart TV.

Haus Seeblick

Saubere und ausreichend ausgestattet Appartement. Von der Größe für 2 Personen zugeschnitten. Bei weiteren Mitreisenden könnte der Platz knapp werden. Seebrücke in Sellin und Wilhemstrssse mit Gastronomien und kleinen Geschäften in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wohnung Nr. 5

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt in Strandnähe. Schade war, dass wir durch die Baustelle direkt vorm Balkon keinen vollständigen Blick aufs Meer hatten. Der Baustellenlärm jedoch hielt sich in Grenzen. Beginn immer erst 8 Uhr. Wir haben uns trotz Regenwetter sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lage gut, Wohnung nicht so sehr

Die Wohnung war nicht so sauber, wie sie sein sollte. Das Bett stand in einem Raum mit der Couch und Esstisch, das sah man auf den Fotos nicht. Das Appartement war sehr hellhörig, das war sehr schlecht. Keine Verdunklungsvorhänge vorhanden Die Lage war sehr ruhig.

Gut gelegenes Feriendomizil.

Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist etwas älter, aber sauber. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub mit Hund verbracht. Sehr nettes Personal.
