The property is very well maintained. The beach is beautiful and clean. All the staff are very helpful and attentive. The food, service and ambience at the Sea Salt restaurant is excellent. It is truly a wonderful experience to dine with the beautiful view of the morning sun and sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4- night stay at the hotel and look forward to return again next year.

I couldn’t fault anything at Alila. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were exquisite and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. The different pools worked really well. The view from the pools were superb. I can’t wait to come back again. Thankyou!!

This hotel is amazing. Everything was perfect. Make sure to book a room with ocean view on the 2nd or 3rd floor, it makes a big difference. Breakfast is brilliant and less busy around 10am. Buffet and order from menu. The adult only pool is the best I’ve ever seen.

Alila Seminyak is truly next-level. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, everything about this hotel felt five-star. After getting off a long flight and arriving in Bali’s hot and humid climate, we were welcomed with a complimentary box containing snacks and drinks, along with a cool, refreshing towel and facial mist. It was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made us feel welcomed, refreshed and looked after. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, right on the waterfront with direct beach access and stunning infinity pools. We had booked a room with a private pool, which made our stay feel even more special. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the location is fantastic. The restaurant was phenomenal, and the food and service were exceptional. The staff throughout the hotel were outstanding — friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Even the security team were fantastic and made us feel incredibly safe and well looked after. The little details really made the difference. We had a buggy available to take us to and from our room, and there genuinely didn’t seem to be anything we could ask for that was too much trouble. I honestly cannot fault this hotel. From the facilities and location to the food, service and attention to detail, Alila Seminyak delivered an exceptional experience from beginning to end. It is easily one of the best hotels we have stayed at, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it.

We stayed 5 days at Alila Semimyak, we were impressed with twice a day housekeeping and unlimited amount of drinking water, great amenities, cleanliness and the super nice staff. It happened that I celebrated my birthday during our stay and was surprised with a birthday cake and a card from the staff in our room
