Rooms are a bit run down and not real clean. Stains on sheets etc. the layout was good and the pool area was awesome. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Not much in the way of kitchen facilities in the room

Staff were friendly and helpful. Water in bathroom smelt and outdoor kitchen wasn't clean enough to use but didn't intend to cook anyway, luckily. It was a lovely place to stay. Pool was amazing. Room was huge. Bathroom was massive but shower faucets were rusty so I pretty much used the pool as my bath. Wifi connectivity was very good. Quiet but short walk from everything you need. And literally 50 steps to the beach! 💜💜💜💜

We stayed here for a few nights on our honeymoon, and it was one of our favourite places the entire trip. Check-in was not exactly smooth as there was no one there to receive us despite only being 5pm, luckily the staff at the restaurant were able to sort it for us. The 1 bedroom villa with private pool was exactly as pictured and described, we were very impressed just as we walked in. It’s not a brand new establishment by any means, but it is well kept. The pool was bigger than expected and the yard was very private. Fridge in the outdoor kitchen kept everything beyond cold, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was perfectly icy. The location is right beside the beach and walking distance to tons of restaurants. The restaurant in the front is also great, they have a nice breakfast menu. Overall a great stay, we would go back here if we were in Bali again!

Nightmare, not relaxing holiday.

Beautiful garden. Staff was friendly. Swimming pool was dirty first, but they cleaned it. I could not sleep because of many geckos in the room ceiling making noise every night. Toilet had disgusting bad sewer smell. Towels were ripped. In outdoor kitchen there was animal droppings. Not hygienic at all. Safety boxes did not work and we asked them to repair, but they didn't! Whole property needs renovation.

Looks nothing like the photos, can’t even use the kitchen it clams to have due to not having any cooking pans or pots. Opening by the door so the room never gets cold plus non stop easy access for mosquitoes to get in the room. Very very run down villa. The only thing that was true to the photos was the pool. Also horrible location very tight road to get there and tons of traffic to even get out to the other roads.

Bra läge, jättenära stranden, cafeer och affär. Men tyvärr jätteofräscha badrum, verkade knappt som att de hade städat. Även köket var mycket äckligt med odiskade bestick och andra redskap. Finns inte heller mycket till köksredskap så svårt att laga egen mat här och gasolspisen kändes inte säker att använda.

A Photo is worth a Thousand words this photo was taken when New It was nice and neat just needed a little T L C to make it a great place to stay . Breakfast walk to the beach its nice 1 minute , take a cab just about any where for $5.00 to $8.00 Bluebird Cabs Only PS Pool was Great.

Spacious and well serviced facilities .

Quiet and private . The bathrooms although dated are spacious and cleaned daily. The pool and outdoor living rooms work well for entertaining . The breakfasts are varied and tasty all within the villa itself . Staff were helpful in getting tours and taxis organised and willing to please .

Prachtige villa

Villa kubal is een prachtige luxe villa in het levendige Seminyak. Binnen de muren van de villa is het heerlijk rustig maar kom je er buiten is het een paar minuten lopen naar het strand en de restaurants.. Supermarkt is naast de villa. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is heerlijk. Wil je dag bij de villa blijven dan wordt je lunch en het diner in de villa geserveerd. Kortom een aanrader..

Fair hotel for a fair price.

Its not 5 star but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, one bedroom pool villa was great. A few minor improvements could be made but you get what you pay for . Close walk to Mosaic Beach club and local sunset beach bar Beau Sebastian, just at the end of the road. Only $4 taxi to central Seminyak. Only sorry that we didn't stay a few more days.

The Villa was beautiful. The pool seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The staff were never on time with food delivery Power was out the whole last night in the villa. Took 25mins to check out. No one explained to me what was going on. Hot water lasts about 5mins at the most. No way the bath would get filled.

Best place to stay in bali !

Close to everything ! Or only $2 au max in cab to seminyak square . Great beach 2min walk with bar , hotel will help you with anything and everything you need ! If i could give more than 5 starts i would! So quiet also . Perfection!
