Our luxury one bedroom private pool villa are located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac lane in the heart of Seminyak, within a couple of minutes walk from the famous Bali Deli and the high street of Seminyak. The location of our villas are within walking distance from some of the best international restaurants, vibrant entertainment venues, opulent spas and designer boutiques. Seminyak Beach, renowned for its world-class surf breaks, panoramic coastline views, and legendary sunsets, is less than 15 minutes' walk or a couple of minutes drive away.

Living & Dining Rooms

The living and dining rooms can comfortably accommodate six guests. The interior furnishings are made from the highest quality teakwood/rattan and complemented with Balinese artwork in natural tones. To keep you entertained and connected, we provide a multi channel international satellite flat screen television; DVD with an extensive movie library; Home theater system with iPod docking station; desktop computer and 24 hrs wireless internet facilities. For your comfort ceiling fans are available. The area is fitted with warm standing lamps and accent lighting in the ceiling.

Bedrooms

Bedrooms are decorated to the highest standard from the solid teak wood and rattan furniture, with rich designer fabrics, to the natural stone flooring. Each bedroom is complemented with Balinese art & ornaments. The hand made furniture has ample wardrobes for storage and all bedrooms have a writing desk. The master bedroom suite is fitted with a safe deposit box. The romantic atmosphere is created with warm designer bedside lamps; standing lamps and accent lighting in the ceiling. All bedrooms have internet connections for the use of our guests. For maximum comfort, both air-conditioning and ceiling fans are available.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms in our villa are unique and include garden bathrooms in the master bedroom suites. Our bathrooms are constructed from natural materials: terrazzo baths; granite wash basin tops; teak wood cabinets and nature stone flooring. The bathroom fittings, however, are modern and imported for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Other amenities offered include organic soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, etc., and we provide hair dryers in each bathroom.

Kitchen

The modern western style kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. The kitchen has been constructed from teak wood and finished with black granite worktops. The appliances include a fridge/ freezer; a three ring gas stove with integrated extractor & oven, a microwave, coffee maker and a mineral water dispenser. A full dinning set, including cutlery; place settings and cooking utensils are available for use by our guests. For the convenience of our guests, we also offer chef dining services.

Gardens, Ponds & Pool

The "outdoor" living areas consists of private pools; wooden decks with sun loungers; Balinese gardens with a variety of topical plants; Balinese statues and the ponds have a selection of beautiful topical fish.
Everything is designed for our guests to relax during the warm sunny days and enjoy the tranquility of the cooler evenings with the beautiful night lighting.

Entertainment & Internet

For the enjoyment of our guests, we offer state of the art entertainment systems. Our 42 inch LCD Television has a full range of international satellite channels including; sports; movies; news and many more. Each villa is supplied with a home theater system; DVD player with an extensive movie library and an iPod docking station. Our internet connected desktop has the latest software, and all bedrooms are connected to the internet. WiFi is also available throughout the villa if our guests require connectivity at all times.

All of our villas come with the services of our guest relations manager who will be able to assist with massages/spa treatments, tours and travel, car or scooter hire and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is a memorable experience.

Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. There's a transfer fee of IDR250K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9pm - 7am). Fee payable to driver directly.
