"Initially as the hotel were busy we were out in a room in an over capacity block, that simply wasn’t very nice. It smelled, was very noisy as near the staff entrance, and was a long way from the main part of the hotel. We asked to be moved and were offered a sea view room at a low upgrade costs. This room was really amazing! Fantastic view, beautiful facilities and quiet. The hotel itself was very nice. The most amazing breakfast offering, great selection of pools, good food, great staff and good location. Would highly recommend, just make sure you get a sea view room!"

"This is my 7th visit to Courtyard since coming to Bali. You can not fault the beautiful staff and facilities. Close to everything including the beach and shops/ restaurants. Eat street a short distance away using the hotels shuttle service. The pool bar is excellent and the breakfast is amazing. Will always come back here. Special mention to Yukti and Ari who made our stay extra special and really looked after us. "

"Outstanding service in a large and very well provisioned hotel resort. There is security at the entrances to the resort, plenty of restaurants offering a range of cuisines and special events in the main quad that serves BBQ, etc with entertainment in the evening (which is local dancing and singing). Rooms are cleaned and towels refreshed twice a day with all usual amenities provided. Free drinking water is abundant and refreshed in your room as well as being available at several locations around the resort and the ice is made from bottled water and safe to consume in drinks. If also IHG member a late check out is provided and a room to shower in before transport to the airport was offered. Hotel itself feels very new and is very well maintained and the staff are all friendly and polite. Hotel is just across the road from Seminyak beach and not actually on the beach itself and does not have hotel sunloungers but there were plenty for private hire at a reasonable cost. It is about a 20 minute walk into Seminyak square which could be a little treacherous for the uninitiated but there is a free shuttle provided by the hotel which goes twice a day. Overall, this has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in with large comfortable rooms and plenty of space to chill out around the pool and nearby beach. It was sometimes difficult to tear ourselves away from the resort to go exploring. "

"The location of this hotel is very convenient with supermarket around, full of the restaurants to explore shopping area and Double six beach is just 400 meters from the hotel. Nice property very clean and comfortable bed and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Only for the room service is only open till 10 PM where usually other hotel serve 24 hours and the area of the pool is the middle of the reception and the restaurant it’s little uncomfortable people around watching people swimming but overall is amazing hotel and I had a wonderful stay"

"We had a lovely relaxing week at Potato Head, took a couple of days for us to get relaxed after the journey, but the Potato Head team all over the property were warm, friendly always smiling and couldn’t do enough to give us a great experience. There are lots of wellness activities going on if you want to participate otherwise the poolside is beautiful, just lie on the comfortable pool beds and listen to the waves. As I said all the team there are amazing, a couple to mention, Devi by the pool and Fysh, both looked out for us and made sure everything was on track for a great stay. Thankyou Potato Head team, you are inspiring."
