Fabulous Burgundian stone hexagonale tower situated on the edge of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois. Private garden with wooden terrace,table and chairs, barbecue and outside furniture. The house is cool in the summer and cosy in the winter months.
The open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room has under floor central heating, a new kitchen has been fully installed and the room has been decorated in cool modern colours. There is all you need to cook, pots and pans, china and dishes.....The kitchen is also fitted with a dishwasher, sink, fridge and microwave/oven.
There is a small comfy sofa, television, selection of dvd's and some games.
The stone turning staircase leads up to the double bedroom.
The double bedroom has an ensuite shower, basin and toilet. It has beautiful stone round windows with handmade metal shutters which give lovely views across the field opposite.
We have an exterieur barrel sauna for your use for a small extra charge.
We can provide you with breakfast in the mornings, fresh pastries, hot and cold drinks, homemade jam from fruit from the garden, yoghurt, fruit etc, please ask when you book.
