"Clean room. Good breakfast. Fitness room is small but perfect for my needs. You can choose not to have your room clean and they give you a complimentary drink (put the tag on your door ) - I really liked this idea. Overall a nice experience , only suggestion is : if you have light sleep maybe book an interior room. The city can be a bit noisy at night and you may hear cars passing by if you have a view over the street . I didn’t have any problem with it, but I know some people would . I will definitely stay in this hotel the next time I come to Ljubljana "

"The hotel is in the old town which means that taxis or Ubers cannot get to it. It's a short walk from where you get dropped off, but it's a good idea to have figured out walking direction before getting dropped off perhaps? The front disc staff were extremely helpful with everything and anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the room was fine 🙂"

"We stayed at Hotel Heritage in Ljubljana on our first night in Slovenia, and it was such a welcoming place to start our trip. The room was a little small, but it was super clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location could not be better — right in the center of everything. Just a heads-up for travelers: you can’t drive up to the hotel, so you’ll need to walk about 5–8 minutes with your luggage. We were only there for a short stay, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it for the location and the hospitality."

"The staff were lovely and the facilities were delightful. To walk round the Lake then have a sauna or fun in the pools is a real treat. It was very busy as it was school holidays which we didn’t realise. The buffet restaurant is also a great offering. Huge variety. "
