Good location with only 8 minutes walk to Sendai JR & other shopping streets. Great to have customers under 18 forbidden to stay & give a quiet environment. Thanks hotel upgraded is to a bigger room after we return from Aomori. Will stay here again when I come to Sendai next time.

The furniture is nostalgic. The rooms are cleaned everyday and are cleaned throughly. The location of thr property is very ideal. Very walkable to most places of interest. The staff at the reception and in the lobby are fantastic people. I enjoyed my week in Sendai.

The hotel is one of the beautiful hotel in center of Sendai city. Many Europe style objects make you feel to stay in out side of Japan. They have connecting room, so they provided the room for our family, @ adults and two teenager. The kid of service is very rare nowadays, so we really appreciate their kindness. We love to stay the hotel again. Sure, their food quality is wonderful. Please order your breakfast and book their Chinese restaurant at the top of the hotel.
