    Enjoy breathtaking lake views from nearly every angle, or spend your days lounging by the beautiful seasonal heated in-ground saltpool (Open mid May -Mid October heated to 78 degrees) surrounded by serene natural beauty. Inside, the open-concept living area seamlessly connects to a sprawling, fully stocked kitchen—perfect for cooking, entertaining, and staying part of the conversation. The large kitchen island and ample counter space make meal prep a pleasure, whether you’re whipping up a casual breakfast or hosting a lakeside dinner.

    After a day of exploring nearby wineries or the charming downtown Seneca Falls (just minutes away), unwind at the bar area to watch the game, challenge friends to a friendly round of pool, or simply relax and take in the peaceful lake views.

We had a wonderful time… the location, view, lake access and heated pool is definitely 5 star! The living room space was lovely as well as the master bedroom. The house is very large with plenty a space to spread out.The house itself could use some repairs: floor tile grout loose in kitchen and living room, the non primary bedroom on main floor didn’t get cool enough for sleeping, the bathroom water on lower level was sporadic going from warm to too hot. The management company was responsive to our needs. There was 10 of us and after a few cold showers we started spacing showers out so we could all get warm to hot showers.Suggestions amenities:A guidebook for rentals would be great A few sofa blankets in the living room More than one large towel and a wash rag for each guest- 2 large towels would be perfect a personAgain this is a great place and we had an awesome time.
