"Greeted by Amaria our hostess who was welcoming and delightful. A truly sensitively converted little stone farm house with everything you need. A great little garden and patio everything for a quiet stay. A village with small shops, restaurants and bars just up the road and a C6/7th monastery to visit all set in a wooded setting. "Tengo mucha experiencia en alojamientos rurales, sin lugar a duda este es el mejor. El trato excelente: Gracias Berta y Ana. La tranquilidad, la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama... en fin, apetece quedarse a vivir; por si fuera poco el Spa un lujo increible."

"I highly recommend this hostel, location is everything! I arrived on the last train to Sarria and I was looking for a hostel nearby. This was only a 7-minute walk and they do check-in until 10:30pm. I could not get a room with private bathroom but sharing the bathroom was not an issue, I stayed in the top part of the hostel and there were only 3 rooms for the one bathroom. I had a restful night sleep and check-out was seamless!"

"Check-in took some time as there was an elderly couple in charge that seemed more interested in watching TV. The rooms were OK and you could get a beer of coffee at the bar, but that was it. Restaurant not open for evening meal or breakfast. I think we were the only guests, so the place was very quiet. Luckily the local town had many facilities that we used for eating & socialising. Not the best stay of our trip, but good if you only require a room. Looks as though this was once a busy, popular hotel that has lost its Mojo."
