"This place is very difficult to find. The phone number on hotels.com is not registered with the address, so it will be difficult to locate even when using GPS. By public bus, I think the bus only operates twice a day and probably does not operate on Sundays. it is just a waste that such a wonderful experience was hampered by the difficulty to look for the location. "I stayed one night at The Grand Hyatt with my daughter what an amazing stay. We were both blown away by the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and Philip who checked us in was so nice we were able to check in in early and were able to upgrade for a small price to an ocean view room where we saw the sun set and the planes take off! I would definitely recommend the hotel for everything from hotel services to food thank you for such a memorable stay."
