"There is a lift, and the bed is comfortable and clean. There is a set of toiletries on entry.
The bathroom was clean, shower had good water pressure and was warm.
However, the walls would benefit from cleaning. The light fixing just has a main light.
The hotel says there is heating however it was cold the first night then on the second night in -7 degree there was no heating in the room.
It's main function is a love hotel and sound proofing seemed sort of okay, some noises were still audible...

"It was great staying there at the suites. I stayed for six nights and the suite is very clean and has everything you need to cook, do laundry with dryer. Its very spacious at 50sqm and has clean air and does not smell. The reception told me its new hotel that started business in q2, 2025
Location is a little far 15-20mins walk from Myeongdong main street but its good to have some walking after food. I feel safe walking back but you will walk along a short quiet alleys just prior reaching the hotel (depending the route you take). You can also get a taxi back for < usd 10. Transport is cheap so it beats paying top dollar for a stay within the street.
However it is close to Gwangjung market and a short 15 mins walk to ikseon dong. I recommend you walk to ikseon dong for breakfast or lunch if you are late sleeper. There are some good options. Twosome place is just a 5 mins walk away if you want to grab a morning coffee.
I donβt used the hotel amenities so i cant rate it but there are a couple of restaurants at the floor level that you can grab something to eat (not crowded) and convenience store at the second level.
Hope this review helps in making your choice."

10/10 Excellent
"The family room was fantastic. It was the perfect size for a family of four, with plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was equally impressive, and the bath was absolutely huge. Honestly, I couldn't fault either the room or the hotel.
The only slight and I mean slight downside was the location. If it had been a little closer to Myeongdong, it would have been perfect. Travelling on the subway with four people and two large suitcases each isn't ideal for everyone, although, in fairness, I could have taken a taxi and you'll only do that twice."
"Overall a pretty decent stay.
The room was clean and the bathroom was great!
My TV did not work, i could have asked front desk but it wasn't a huge deal for me.
Also, the elevators are kind of confusing at first, since the entrance is a bar/restaurant and the check-in desk is on the 2nd floor and there was no 2 button.. but obviously it's just the next floor up.
Mainly booked due to distance from Seoul Station but forgot about stairs lol so beware if you are bringing heavy luggage and coming from Seoul Station; Exit 7 from Seoul Station (closest exit to the hotel) is just stairs.. stairs.. and more stairs. I suggest going on Naver Maps and using the "avoid stairs" option - which is how I was able to manage."
