"잠도 못자고 새벽에 나왔습니다. 사장님 서비스 및 응대태도. 침구류 관리상태 정말 불편하고 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다. 건물내 펌프가동 소음 때문에 잠을 잘수 없고, 소음으로 인해 잠을 잘수가 없습니다. 로비층에서 바베큐 냄새 및 연기가 상부층 숙소로 다 들어옵니다. 침구류 상태는 썩은 냄새가 날 정도 이며 교체한 침구류에서는 관리가 되지 않은 이불을 주고 좋은 추억 만들려 가족여행 갔다가 다음날 일정취소 하고 새벽에 집으로 왔습니다. "

"사장님은 좋으셔요~ 수영장도 잘 놀았구요 근데 실내 식기나 수저같은 것들 설거지를 이용고객이 해놓고가면 그냥 그대로 다음 이용객이 쓰는가봐요 기름때에 찌꺼기도 묻어있더라구요 그외에는 괜찮았네요"

"난방이 잘 되어 따뜻하게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 비수기라서 그런지 무인텔처럼 운영되었고 빈 집같은 첫인상을 받았습니다."

"일단 주인분은 친절하세요 하지만 펜션 주차장이 협소해서 2열 주차 해야했고 차를 뺄 대는 공간이 협소해서 차를 돌릴공간이 없어서 언덕위 펜션에서 후진해서 빼야했어요 객실 벽이 가벽인듯 방음 0% 새벽3시 싸지 옆방 술주정 들으며 잠 설쳤습니다 욕실 수도물 졸졸 나와요"

"숙박 시설 넘 낡았고 주변정리가 잘 안된 상태임 .그 주변 다른 숙소들은 정비가 잘되어 있는데 이 곳만 가드닝도 제대로 안되어있음 갑자기 휴일에 찾다보니 선택 미스임 가격도 주변 정비된 곳과 같거나 비싸게 결제함"

"First, I know minimal korean, and I am a vegetarian who don't eat onion garlic, but dairy products is fine. From Jamsil station Exit 5, walk till you see a signage says 7000 on one side, there will be a queue, and tell the driver you're going to Seorak Bus Terminal(1st Stop!) Try catch it at 1230pm (or even earlier for seats) to catch the shuttle bus(location to wait @ see 1st photo) to the village otherwise cabbing there is approx. 30,000 won. The bus ride approx. 1 hr, and wait for shuttle...

"The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!"

"It was super comfortable and clean and the hostess was super nice. She gave us fruit and helped us with the bus. We ended up missing the bus and she gave us a ride. The pool and BBQ area were really pretty as well. Loved it. "
