Around 10min walk to train station and mang won market Great for sole traveller or couple as rooms are not big enough for family There is a place for working out(gym) and cooking facility(microwaves, induction cookers and pots and pans), also laundry on the downstairs with reasonable price(4,000 for washing, 3,000 for dry) Bathroom is tiny and they only give you small size of towels for bath/shower I recommended and I will stay again

It's a good location and nice area. Staff overall was pretty good. I thought the room itself was disappointing. It didn't seem soundproof whatsoever, no bath towels or shower curtain, T.V. or maid service without extra charge. Pretty much a bare bones dorm room being advertised as a hotel. Left 2 days early with no refund due to noise level

No AC, the AC control panel is deceiving. I am lucky that I arrived Korea around April, it is cool outside. The air circulation is very bad. I have to open the window all night to cool down the room and make the air smell clean. Staff is very friendly. But a lot of the hotel details needs fine tuning. It is just OK but not great. No room service if stay here less than 7 days.

This was my first time staying at a co-working space—concept hotel and I will definitely be coming back! The location itself is very easy to find and convenient (about a 10 minute walk to the station). Lobby gives off very relaxing and cozy vibes which I love, and self-check in and check out is also available. On some days, there will also be small market stands selling handmade goodies and fresh produce in the courtyard! There's also a 7/11 right by the corner and plenty of cafes to explore around the area. Hotel facilities were clean, room prices were super affordable and the staff are very friendly :) Can't wait to come back! ❤️❤️

Had an amazing stay here. Super close to the main Hongdae area but far enough away where it’s quiet at night. Stayed at the end of winter and the room/hallway was always warm so very pleasant. The people working were very helpful and nice. I also always felt safe inside the hotel and outside. Would def recommend to 20yr old travellers.

This is an awesome and cool boutique hotel within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of Hongdae neighbourhood. The check-in and check-out are made very smooth by the high tech front desk. There is even a coffee machine robot! The best part of this hotel for me was its access to Hongdae, which is just a 10 minute walk away, yet the surrounding area is nice and quiet compared to Hongdae. This is a great option for anyone staying in Seoul, even if just for a layover. It is a short walk to the airport railroad!

i had a wonderful stay - the place was about a 10 min walk from the nearest train station and other touristy streets in hongdae. room was clean and in great condition, staff was nice and i had no issues checking in and out. wifi speed was great too. i guess one thing that might come as a surprise is that they do not provide toiletries except for a 3-in-1 shampoo/wash liquid, but there is a nearby convenience store.

Perfect location if you would like to stay in/near Hongdae, as it’s just a ~5-10min walk from Mangwon station and has a denser collection of nearby cafes and good restaurants than I’ve seen almost anywhere else. The lobby has a great, collaborative vibe of people working, studying, cooking, and doing laundry (as it’s connected to a coworking space on the 2nd floor). The room itself was clean, but missing a few key amenities, like a nightstand/shelf next to the bed and hand soap next to the sink, but was overall chic and well-designed. I look forward to the next time I travel to Seoul and can stay at the hotel.

It’s not your traditional hotel, have to pay for room cleaning (free every week if you stay more than 7 days). But they do have on site laundry (total around 7000 won for wash and dry) and the location is great and the building new and clean.

Good location, Just 10min walk from hongdae uni train station and 10min to mangwon market Kitchen and laundry is open 24 hours and very clean Staff are courteous Room is perfect size for solo traveller Only one thing not like about is the bathtub in bathroom. Bathtub is way too high to Hey in for a shower Will I recommend? Yes, will I stay again? Yes

I guess this was okay for what it is as i know not really a hotel- its like one of those hipster co living space or something. The bathroom situ is not the best like the bath tube is very high and small. the room it self is basic with modern ikea decor vibe. one if the room i stay in had a awful layout to the bed. Its quite walk to hongdae but not too bad if you have more time i think. Also they only give you tiny towels!

The location was great. Everything was very clean. They offer a kitchen with utensils, good laundry area and area downstairs to relax or work. Coffeehouse that is attached is great. Room itself is very small; you can only open one suitcase at a time but we didn't mind. Just be aware - room is cleaned only after 7 days stay.

Hotel has young, contemporary vibes. Quite automatic functions which might lead to a cold environment. No human touch, staff quite cold. Hospitality seems not not to be right. No daily cleaning even upon request. They said must be 4 nights to have room cleaning. Surely not hotel vibes. Bus stop is across the street, 10 mins walk to stations. On site Coffee shop is a plus point. 2 nights stay there.

This is such a unique space. Modern, clean, and designed for creative professionals. Lots of co-working space on the bottom floor, as well as a common dining area and washing machine/dryers. The breakfast room on the seventh floor has a gorgeous view, and the breakfast options are all delicious and reasonably-priced.. The staff is friendly, too. I would most definitely stay here again!

Great multifunctional space. Clean and modern rooms with multiple full sized kitchens on the main floor as well as meeting rooms, study space and laundry. Everything is new, modern and clean. Great space for digital nomads, students and working professionals who dont want to sit in a cafe.

It's a co working space , long term rental/ hotel. Very nice lobby with a shared kitchen, gym and on site laundry facility. 10 min walk to hongnik university and Hongdae is a very happening area. Close to cafes convenient stores and diners. Loved my stay! No disposable dental kit, tv or body lotion in room but it's not a big deal. Clean room, comfy bed, and water dispensing machine on every floor. Would totally recommend this hotel!

Since there’s no AC at night we had to open the windows for cool air. It got loud with drunk people at 3 am chatting out loud so I couldn’t get as much sleep. The staff and hotel rooms were nice and accommodating.

Location is ok but a good 15 min walk to the nearest subway and not a huge amount to do in the local area. Rooms are basic student hall type accomodation, and aimed at that market as it is close to a big uni. There are better places to stay in seoul in this price bracket.

Good location. Really tiny rooms
Great location. Modern place. But the room is tiny, really really small. It’s hard to move around and even the toilet flush is outside the bathroom.
