You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Typical South West countryside house set in a park, 2 terraces.

The property is an independent, renovated farmhouse (originally acquired by my grandparents), partially built in the XIX century, with stone walls and exposed timbers.

You may want to 'work from home' in South West of France or spend your vacation to discover a beautiful part of France. In either case, you will be able to relax in the amazing park, comprised of many trees (including fruit trees) and flowers, the terrace in the front or the one at the back.

You will enjoy a gorgeous living room/office space, two bedrooms, one with a large bed and the other with 2 single beds.

The property is ideal to rest, chill out or be a starting point to visit typical South West villages/towns such as St Antonin Noble Val (elected France second most beautiful village), Cordes sur Ciel, Bruniquel, Cahors, Montauban, Albi etc... Nature is easily accessible as you can go swimming to lovely river beaches of Cazals, go hiking all around, horse riding etc...

Children will love the fantastic swimming pools of Saint Antonin or Caussade.

Don't miss the food market in St Antonin on Sunday, amazing food everywhere in this part of France.

Please note that there is no WiFi and no TV. However, 4 G is accessible (I personally work from home using hotspot, doing Teams and zoom calls). So be prepared to spend the best quality time ever with yourself, family or friends!

Nice farm house in a quiet setting

My family loved the stay in Septfonds. The house has a big yard with fruit trees bordering farmland. We found everything a large family like ours (6 people) needs in it. No other house was in sight, yet only 2 min drive to the town. The area is spectacular - the town of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val is 15min away and a must see. We swam in the river at Cazals, Penne and Laguepe. I'd recommend visiting Bruniquel as well. Stoyan
