    Luc and Nicole DESPOUY welcome you all year round in their charming residence in Occitania at the gates of Quercy on a 10 ha estate in the Tarn et Garonne in Septfonds near Caussade, Montauban and St-Antonin-noble-val.

    Swimming pool heated by solar panels, shared with a gîte for 2 people.

    Linens provided. In winter, heating is included in the price. Free WIFI

    Option end of stay cleaning to provide extra if you want a quiet vacation until the last day

    On-site activity: ping pong table and racket, pétanque field and pétanque balls, badminton, bicycle (2 adults and 2 children)

Séjour EXCEPTIONNEL

Nous avons passé 10 jours exceptionnels dans le magnifique domaine de Fangal chez Nicole et Luc. La situation du domaine est formidable. Un joli cadre de verdure paisible et très bien entretenu. Une très belle piscine, un joli parc. La maison à été restaurée avec beaucoup de goût, des matériaux de valeurs et tous les équipements sont au top. Tout est conçu pour que rien ne manque et pour que l'on passe un séjour agréable. Merci à Nicole et Luc les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité. Beaucoup de propriétaires de gîtes pourraient prendre exemple sur eux. TOUT EST PARFAIT. Nous reviendrons sûrement dans votre joli domaine. Quand aux futurs vacanciers vous pouvez reserver sans aucunes craintes. Une mention spéciale à Moly et Plume des chiens adorables qui nous ont comblés de calins. Encore un grand merci.

Lovely place

Beautiful rustic place, with a lot of space to roam around in. We didn't use the outdoor kitchen / bbq as it was raining on the only days we were free to do that, it was late September / early October so not that surprising. We know the area well and there's lots to do, one of my favoutite areas of France.

Propriété au calme et atypique ! De la vieille pierre restaurée qui en fait tout le charme ! Des propriétaires adorables et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Une piscine de 25 mètres qui a comblé tous les adultes. Un séjour mémorable que nous renouvèlerons si nous retournons dans la région. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location !

Nous avons passé une semaine à septfonds pour des retrouvailles familiales, la maison et l’environnement s’y prêtent tout à fait ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très disponibles, la maison est bien équipée, très bien chauffée et la literie est confortable, nous reviendrons en été pour profiter du jardin et de la piscine. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

St upérisa séjour

Encore mieux que sur les photos, que ce soit la maison, le pigeonnier , le domaine entier. En pleine nature , au calme, tout est réuni pour passer un super séjour. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, accueillants, serviables et drôles. Tout est vraiment bien pensé. Nous espérons profiter de la superbe piscine lors d’un séjour en été. Un grand merci.

Nous étions 6 personnes et tous, nous avons passé de formidables moments dans cette charmante maison, ferme très bien rénovée toute équipée, meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Très bon séjour

Un weekend conforme à nos attentes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce domaine. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et aux petits soins, sans être envahissants ! Un petit panier garni nous attendait même à notre arrivée !! Un tout petit point à améliorer serait peut-être le confort de la literie mais cela reste un problème minime. En bref, un super endroit où nous aimerions retourner en été, pour profiter de la piscine !

Très bon séjour et merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil: chaleur, disponibilité et discrétion. Les lieux sont agréables, aménagés avec beaucoup de goût et tout le confort souhaitable. De l'espace pour se détendre au calme, une piscine chauffée idéale et assez grande pour nager, barbecues, tennis de table, boulodrome... Nous avons été conquis par tant d'attraits.

Accueil très agréable, propriétaires très sympathiques, présents à la demande mais non envahissants ; maison très plaisante et extrêmement bien aménagée quant aux cuisine et terrasse. Piscine impeccable, calme absolu dans une belle propriété. Petit bémol : salle de bain un peu petite et, un détail: pas de penderie pour le linge dans les chambres du premier étage. Nous sommes prêts à y retourner. Je mettrais 4.7/5

Super séjour dans un domaine magnifiquement entretenu. Tout est mis en œuvre par les propriétaires pour que vous passiez un séjour inoubliable à Fangal. La maison est belle, décorée avec goût, parfaitement agencée, vous aurez l'impression de vivre dans une maison de famille où chaque détail a été pensé pour votre confort et concourt à faire de votre séjour une réussite. L'été particulièrement chaud que nous y avons passé a été très adouci par les équipements modernes mis à disposition : grande piscine avec une eau à 33°, transat confortable, plage ombragée, climatisation de la maison, cuisine d'été entièrement équipée (lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur, barbecue, table de cuisson à induction). Bref, n'hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus.
