"The staff are all fabulous and communication with them is incredibly easy. I recommend downloading what’s app before you arrive as that is how they communicate with guests. Check in was easy, I was given a brief tour of the property and sent a welcome message with attachments outlining all the services offered. The spa services were beautiful and relaxing and the drinks at the attached cafe are excellent. I can’t speak on the food as I was not able to eat much due to dental procedures. The outdoor spaces are clean and offer a peaceful environment. I would absolutely recommend staying here. The area is walkable with lots of great restaurants nearby. "

"This was a cute space, I like that there were streaming services available like Netflix, Disney+, on the TV versus just the regular local Spanish channels, where foreigners like me can enjoy a nice program in my language if I’m just relaxing in the room. The service staff were very friendly and helpful, very professional. Thank you for a great stay."

"Everything was nice but the rules posted all over the walls did not help. Lots of patrons storing and drinking their own alcohol in the Kitchen refrigerator and area no matter all the signs expressly forbidding that. It wasn’t that big of a deal but seemed strange to have people openly flaunting the rules. "
