"This place was AMAZING. For what you pay, you really get yo enjoy so much. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it. My daughter also enjoyed the water park area very much, when kt was off they even turned it on and left it on later for her. The room was quiet and clean, warm water also. Great location for those bussing, right by a great square and great food. We would recommend!"

"There was 6 of us travelling, two older teens and finding a comfortable room for all of us has always been a struggle. Especially during spring break and where prices are already super inflated! We stayed in the suite and it completely surpassed our expectations! Lots of room, two bathrooms and a little kitchen area,it was like the older boys had their own apartment within our apartment! The grounds are clean and the pool area is great! The area is very safe and walkable with great markets, supermarkets and places to grab food. Just be careful where you step especially in the dark as the sidewalks have lots of holes in them at times. Also super close to bus station if your planning to do other trips. Staff is helpful, there is free shuttle to the best beach in the hotel zone and the shuttle they can arrange to the airport is reasonable also. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I am very discouraged use this service, I had tried many times and you or the airlines give you a price but finally , the end is you end that buying higher price trip for what you was told as a hook that has no ending prices . Finally I did it but am not happy about this manipulation of the online system . But I I do not know the details in the rear end of the online systems, I see only the front of my intelligent devise "

"This hostel is planned and professionally built to be a proper hostel. It is very central. Just the opposite to the ADO bus terminal, from where anyone can access into the hostel in 5 minutes, and to get the airport shuttle bus or to get the bus for Chichen Itza. Rooms are air conditioned. Best thing is all rooms have their own separate toilet and bathroom. The have very good community area , well equipped kitchen and a roof top swimming pool. Within 30 metres there is a MacDonalds and a Chinese restaurant runs till late. I will definitely recommend it for others. But keep in your mind that to check in you must have 300 Mex $ extra to deposit as security, to be returned while checking out. You may drop your passport instead at front desk if you don’t have 300$ Mex. "

"The location is ideal, especially if you are going to Isla Mujeres. The property and room were exceptionally clean. The housekeepers do a great job. The bathroom amenities are very basic and few. The front desk staff would benefit from more customer service training. There's a barrier post at the cafeteria entrance, which makes it appear closed all the time. The menu was limited to eggs only. I was able to access transportation easily from the hotel, and I found the area relatively safe."
