90% of the staff amazing and courteous. A couple of them though could do with retraining to bring them up to the level of their amazing colleagues.

"The hotel is located a bit of a walk to the center, which I didn't mind. The botanical gardens are two blocks away, and I found a lovely place for breakfast and evening drinks a few blocks away. Farmers market is not far and lots of dining options within walking distance."
