Greenpoint, one of Cape Town's most trendy suburbs and leisure
districts. Take a short drive and explore the lively V&A Waterfront and
Greenpoint Garden. Visit the Cape Town Stadium nearby. Explore an
assortment of Espresso bars, Italian restaurants, Cafes and Boutiques
lining the Main Road and Sea Point Promenade.

The space

This space effortlessly blends style with comfort, offering a luxurious
living space. This stylish 2-bedroom offers an open-plan living area
that opens up into a small and cosy garden courtyard. The fully
equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, is perfect for
preparing meals to enjoy around the dining table, which comfortably
seats four. The spacious living area seamlessly transitions to a cosy
lounge, ideal for unwinding and watching your favourite movies or
Netflix shows on the flat-screen TV.

bedrooms. The master features a plush Queen-sized bed and the second
