Horrible Communication

Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with this property. I have never in my life given a 1 star review, but this feels justified.

친절한 직원과 맛있는 차와 커피를 마시며 세렝게티 한 가운데에서 느끼는 여유

귀 호텔에서의 숙박은 전적으로 익스피디아 후기에 의한 판단이었습니다. 주변에 아프리카 방문을 한 사람이 매우 적어서 정보를 얻기가 힘들었죠. 사실 키라위라 세레나 캠프는 만들어진지 시간이 좀 지나 아주 최신의 설비를 가진 호텔이라고 보기는 어렵지만, 국립공원 한 가운데 있다는 점을 생각하면 전기나 급수 같은 기본적 사항은 충분히 갖추고 있어 문제될 것은 없습니다. 이런 텐트형 호텔은 처음이었는데 그야말로 자연을 느끼기에 아주 적합했습니다(물론 국립공원 내 다른 호텔들도 텐트 혹은 롯지식 양식이라고 합니다). 아침 해가 뜰 때 바로 내려서 갖다 주시는 커피를 마시면서 세렝게티 초원을 바라보는 건 일생에서 한 번 있을까 말까 한 환상적인 경험이겠죠. 아무튼 간단히 말하자면 시설은 최신식은 아닙니다. 그렇다고 낙후되어 안전상 위험하다는 것도 절대 아닙니다. 세월이 지나 여기를 거쳐간 다른 투숙객들의 기억이 쌓였다고 생각해주세요. 하지만 Jonathan, Leonid, Deus, Bonipache, Rohda, Mariam, Joshua, Christina 게임 드라이브 가이드인 Baraka 외 다른 직원과 시큐리티 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 음식 또한 걱정했던 것과 달리 입맛에 잘 맞았습니다. 매 식사 때 마다 바로 내려주는 탄자니아 커피와 신선한 주스, 매일 바뀌는 식단에 의한 정갈한 코스까지 불편한 일은 없을 것 같습니다.
