About this property
Quiet new house with character, private heated pool
- The Sol Sud is a new house in wood and stone. On the ground floor you find a large living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom (double bed 160) with sink, WC, bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with double bed (160), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90) and a bedroom with bunk bed. Outside you have the swimming pool area with the swimming pool (12X5) heated from mid-May to September, a large terrace with deckchairs and the poolhouse with covered terrace (dining table 12pers) shower and WC. There is a part of the garden which is fenced for small children. Behind the house there is the garden of +/- 4000M2 or small and large can have fun! (ping pong table and trampoline) The house is built 1km from the village of Sergeac in the peace in the countryside on the path of deer, deer, ... Sergeac is in the middle of the prehistoric triangle of Sarlat-Montignac-Les Eysies. There are many caves, castles, gardens, parks, .. to visit. Beautiful region for hiking, road biking and mountain biking, fishing ... Price for a weekend or during school holidays to consult us.
