Smiles are everywhere, and if you’re a fan of Cheers, this truly feels like a place where everyone knows your name. The attentiveness is seamless—leave for breakfast, and your room is perfectly refreshed before you return. The food is exceptional. The restaurant is Michelin-level, and the bakery is outstanding—the croissants are perfect, and the pain au chocolat (pound chocolate) is incredible. Communication is also top-tier. Through WhatsApp, the team shares real-time updates on events, activities, weather, and local conditions—always proactive and reassuring. What stood out most was their care when we became sick. The team checked in constantly, offering tea, water, and anything we needed. They even arranged a doctor to come directly to our villa—professional, knowledgeable, and seamless. The property itself is stunning—lush jungle views, a serene pool, beautiful rooms, spa, gym, and unique funiculars with friendly operators always ready to help. But ultimately, it’s the people who make this place special. When we left, staff—including the manager—came out to wave goodbye. We weren’t ready to go. Sometimes, it’s the family you make along the way—and here, you truly find one."

"I stayed at Nandini Jungle Resort in Bali, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of my trip. I booked a panoramic view suite, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Waking up to the lush green jungle views from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was beautiful—complete with a jacuzzi, a swing, and a peaceful, serene atmosphere that instantly slows you down. What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive, checking in twice a day and making sure everything was perfect, especially before bedtime. It felt very thoughtful and personalized. I didn’t end up using the main pool much, but it looked stunning. I did, however, experience their spa by the river and waterfalls—and it was truly magical. I originally booked for three days but loved it so much that I extended my stay to a full week. This is the perfect place if you’re looking to disconnect from city life, embrace nature, and spend quiet, intentional time with yourself. They do offer tours to places like Ubud and Mount Batur if you want to explore, but for me, the highlight was staying within the resort, enjoying the surroundings, and leaning into stillness. I genuinely fell in love with this property and would highly recommend it for anyone seeking peace, nature, and a reset. "

"Had an amazing stay at Rolf's place! The on-site team is super friendly and supportive. The location of the villa is unreal, and worth the 3-hour drive from the main DPS airportOur favorite spots to hang out were the pool and the private cabbana overlooking the ocean. One day we booked a massage to come to us and it was amazing getting this done with the sound of the birds and ocean all around you!Its inside/outside, tropical living. You're away from large cities and touristy areas. Be prepared for wildlife and bugs/insects. If you are uncomfortable having a tiny lizard sneak its way inside or a milipede make its way into the bedroom floor, this might not be the place for you. Note the on-suite bathrooms are open air as well, so you might see a spider or a mosquito. It took us about a day or two to get used to it, but it didnt bother us after.The AC in the bedroom was a lifesaver in the March heat and the mosquito nets kept us well protected while sleeping. We had a few crazy thunderstorms which were so cool to experience / we felt super safe inside.Within the villa itself terrace, the cleanliness was fine. Everything was in good shape, but it felt lived in for sure. I consider this a private, well-loved family vacation home with an immaculate garden, amazing ocean views, and an on-site team that will take great care of you in a more remote area vs a luxery 5-star resort. It worked perfect for us, and we will definitely book again next time were in Bali."

"An all around great experience. We were there during the rainy season, so while we didn’t see a lot of sun, there was a lot to keep us happy: terrific food, especially the breakfasts, lovely staff, and loads of activities to keep us busy. Really recommend the trip to the waterfalls as well as the sustainability tour around the plantation. A perfect example of how well they take care of their guests was when we had to have our dehumidifier replaced because it wasn’t working. It was done very promptly and to make up for the inconvenience (and it really was hardly an inconvenience at all!) they gave us a voucher for both of us to have a full Balinese massage which was heavenly. Can’t recommend Munduk Moding Plantation enough. "

"Had a wonderful stay here 10/10 The property is in a great location, it’s a quick walk to the beach, lots of spas and restaurants along the way and on the beach. There’s a nearby cafe, Coffeenosky and it’s a must go. Very clean property and lots of tours offered at reception! "

"The staff was kind and courteous! Rooms were spacious, but could do with a freshen up, and remove wallpaper as it’s peeling from humidity, so if you are bougie then maybe not your style. The grounds were well kept and the large gazebos facing the water (sit a whole family) were great. The area was quiet and a bit isolated, but had shuttle where you need to go and "

"Villa Banyan was absolutely beautiful!! Very clean, fantastic views, great pool area with comfortable outdoor lounge furniture. We loved the outdoor showers!! Although the staff was what made our stay top notch! Very attentive, delicious food and for Christmas they decorated the villa for us with a beautiful floral display all lit up. We will definitely be back one day!"
