Les Charmes des 3 Allures
Concerned about animal happiness, owner of the nearby "Ferme des 3 Allures" (breeding of "Shetland ponies", boarding & refuge for old horses, donkeys etc ... / visit and various services to discover on the site such as: "in hand" walks for children, hikes accompanied by the owners ...) but also beekeeper, Anne-Elodie welcomes you in a charming pavilion of "seventies" architecture carefully restored & redesigned, nestled on the immediate edge of fields & meadows (including a mini pasture welcoming some of their horses & ponies which borders the garden, for the happiness of children), in the hollow of a pleasant preserved rural setting. Peace & tranquility, nestled in the heart of a peaceful rural hamlet adjoining the center of a small typical village (with a beautiful communal swimming pool). Very comfortable cottage. Warm country character with contemporary accents of Nordic inspiration. Lots of charm. Zen & gentle atmosphere. Literally soothing and relaxing. A spacious, sheltered 35m² terrace on the garden side is complemented by a second, large, panoramic terrace to the west (open to the meadows), offering sublime sunsets and a beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. You have access to a vast, carefully landscaped, grassed, and wooded 1-hectare park (including a fruit orchard: apple trees, plum trees, etc.), a literal natural playground, including a bucolic little private pond nestled at the end of the garden (with frogs, fish, etc.) with a shaded picnic table under the trees. Composition: Detached house (including a vacant outbuilding). Wi-Fi. Electric heating and a wood-burning stove. Single-story cottage: kitchen, living room (double sofa bed 140x190cm), 2 bedrooms, 1 with TV (double bed 160x200cm / 2 single beds 100x200cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Covered terrace + terrace + garden (1 ha) + private parking. Shops & services 6 km away. Train station 21 km away. A literal little paradise for children, full of surprises! A delightful "seventies" pavilion completely renovated into a very comfortable holiday home - with a vast, well-kept 1-hectare park with a small pond - located in the heart of the Bresse-Louhannaise countryside (neighboring a vast natural area classified and protected as a ZNIEFF for the quality of its ecosystem), 6 km from the charming, typical and commercial village of Saint-Germain-du-Bois (many amenities on site). Peace and quiet nestled in the hollow of a small rural hamlet nestled on the edge of fields and meadows (home to the owners' horses and ponies), on the route of a marked "green walk" footpath (connected to a rich network of similar paths to be discovered throughout the area), not far from the Romanesque churches circuit, 7.5 km from a 35 km cycle route referenced as a "Coup de Cœur cycle loop" directly connected to the "Voie Bressane" greenway (located 21 km away), 28 km from the first vineyards of the Jura, around forty km from the world-renowned vineyards of Southern Burgundy (Côtes Mâconnaises and Côtes Chalonnaises) and around sixty km from the prestigious vineyards of the Côtes de Beaune and Hautes Côtes de Beaune ("Burgundy Wine Routes" extended by the "Route des Grands Vins" to be explored). In the heart of Bresse Bourguignonne - cradle of the renowned AOC Bresse poultry - a splendid preserved territory rich in varied landscapes alternating vast bocage plains dotted with ponds, forests, rivers, meadows and mountainous foothills of the nearby Jura massif (& its natural park), at the crossroads of Chalonnais, Bresse du Jura, Mâconnais, Tournugeois-Clunisois (labeled "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire") and Bresse de l'Ain. Ideal for exploring: 21 km from Louhans (capital of Bresse, famous for its iconic medieval shopping street with 157 arcades, as well as for its very famous "Monday market" labeled "Remarkable Site of Taste"), 22 km from Verdun-sur-Doubs (river marina nestled at the confluence of the Doubs and the Saône), 28 km from Seurre, 30 km from Chalon-sur-Saône (labeled "Town of Art & History"), 34 km from Lons-le-Saunier, 44 km from Tournus (world-renowned abbey site), 50 km from Beaune & 53 km from Dole (labeled "Town of Art & History"). A prime location for an ultra-relaxing "green break" and for all nature and animal lovers!
