"This is a beautiful property with a lovely patio. We loved eating out under the canopy! It is 2 miles from the town, but a short walk to the beach through the neighborhood across the road. There is an excellent Gelateria a short walk down the road, small grocery stores, a fruit stand, and little restaurants. The property itself is nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! "

Per la spesa c'è un comodo supermercato Conad proprio di fronte all'abitazione e nel giro di alcune centinaia di metri si possono raggiungere a piedi ristoranti e locali. "This apartment is so beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice! It is a very short walk to the main plaza and a super cool restaurant with antique toys that has tunnels under the restaurant you should explore! The Pope’s summer home is very close and the tour of the gardens and palace I highly recommend! Beautiful area and quiet at night which was a welcome change from downtown Rome! The views everywhere are magnificent!"

On the edge of Sermoneta, which is a small and interesting medieval town with lots of excellent restaurants. Very cheap and easy to get to Rome by train and is a good base for touring the area. Not many people speak English in this part of Italy, so very grateful for all the helpful and detailed information left in the apartment by Marco."
