"Parking in hotel was crazy for a Canadian like me.. have never used a car elevator before and of course parking spots are just enough. But all in all hotel was amazing and magical would stay again and hope to return one day."

"The receptionist at check-in was amazing. The room was lovely. The restaurant was okay but nothing amazing. The location was off the beaten track but that suited me. A lovely place to relax for an afternoon."

"We had half board abd the meal was fantastic. I had the selection of meats to start and my wife had a sort of tomato mousse. The olive oil was out of this world and my main course fillet was one of the best that I have ever had. We have been trying to find a reason to travel that way again and wish we had booked for 2 nights or more. It’s a lovely little town, with a beautiful square. A great place as a base to visit Caceres or Guadalupe. We will definitely return!"

"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Plasencia is abit of a dump but this hotel is a wonderful oasis. We stayed with our dogs. They had a big bed and bowls and nibbles welcoming them. We had a stunning suite. Loved our stay there"

"I stayed for business trip and the staff were very welcoming and helpful to me from when I arrived. My Spanish is not great but were always helpful to try and help or accommodate me. Breakfast was good and the evening buffet meals had variety of choice. Many of the guests clearly visit for the pool and spa facilities, as well as hiking trials and cycling routes in the area. I did not have time for this but had an enjoyable stay and would return due to the practical location and friendly staff."

"We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Palacio Santa Marta. The hotel is set inside a beautifully restored historic building just steps from Plaza Mayor, making it perfect for exploring Trujillo on foot. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. Alba was warm, welcoming, and made everything easy. Overall, an excellent stay in a charming location — we’d happily return."
