"This hotel was average, but certainly not to the standards of a 4 star hotel as its advertised. The breakfast was great as other reviews state, but that's the only thing I would rate above average. All of the pictures of this hotel seem to have been taken at least a decade ago and the property has not been maintained well. The rooms were very basic and the bathrooms were a bit grimy. Our shower had rust marks all over the walls (I hope it was rust), and grime all around the caulking. It would also get extremely damp and humid after anyone would shower and the walls and ceilings in the bathroom would drip with moisture for about 10-12 hours after a shower. The pool and outdoor area were also poorly maintained, I certainly would never consider swimming in that pool. If this were rated as a three star hotel I would consider it passable, but rating this hotel as 4 stars makes absolutely no sense to me given the state of the rooms, property, and amenities."

"We loved this boutique-style hotel! It's in the desirable, mostly residential Palermo neighborhood, within walking distance of great restaurants and lovely parks. Even the popular yellow "Red Line" tour bus had a stop three blocks away. The room was more the size of a studio apartment, with a couch, kitchenette, and breakfast bar. The king-size bed had a memory-foam mattress that was so comfortable! Front-desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is incredibly clean, and air conditioning works perfectly. Couldn't recommend it more! I would stay there again!"

"If you read reviews you will notice that this is my 4th review in the last 3 weeks. The reasons,as I keep saying,I keep coming back to the Nuss Hotel are exactly the same.It is an absolutely beautiful property that is perfectly maintained and you can't ask for a better location.From the gorgeous rooftop garden and pool to the work out room and dining room.The staff again is what makes it my first choice and makes me happy to return over and over.Everyone I have ever met has been amazing.From the lovely breakfast staff to the front desk.Everyone has been great but the person I dealt with the most is Ivette.She was so VERY helpful with every question I had and always with an incredible smile.I am only sad to be leaving Argentina but already looking forward to my return in 8 months.I want to assure you,in case you ae wondering,I am not an investor in this property or related to anyone that works at the Nuss."
