Conveniently located, plenty of good restaurants, nearby to ocean, great for a walk with your partner. Staff services available at any time. Need for phone in the rooms. Need to improve the breakfast.

Great little gem in Senegambia

A lovely hotel which as a solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable in. The staff are so lovely - friendly, helpful and attentive. Very well located in Senegambia and I was able to walk to places around there easy. Clean room and facilities which made my stay comfortable.

Sarge hotel is in good location. People was friendly. I had a standard room very basic. Next time I will go for the delux or supreme room it is.nicer and bigger space. The delux and supreme comes with fridge and kettle.

Great value

Friendly and helpful staff, really nice people. Great air con in the room. Looked like a lot of improvements were happening while I was there - new wooden sunbeds, improved WiFi. The room was cool and clean. The pool is nice and is perfect on a hot day. An already broken mirror in my room was fixed without me saying anything. Few things wrong in the room - loose shower attachment, loose towel and toilet roll fittings, no main light so it was dark even with the lights on. Mosquitos in the room. WiFi rarely worked in the room. All of that was workable and didn’t really spoil anything for me given the price I paid (although the sporadic internet was annoying). The main issue, and it’s not the fault of the hotel, is the noise that comes from the tourist bars and restaurants. The music is loud and goes on late most nights, making it hard to sleep at a reasonable hour. Bring ear plugs! I kind of got used to it after a while. Overall a great value hotel, clean and safe with lovely staff. I would stay here again.

Although advertised as a two or three star hotel both the facilities and service are one star. That said, it holds its own as a one star hotel. The hotels will situated in the middle of the tourist area know as Kololi or Senegambia. There are numerous apartments and four star hotels around and one five star hotel, the Kariba. It's ideally situated if you're attending meetings at the international conference Center. The staff are friendly and helpful, although check-in took some time as their software wasn't working. The receptionist resolves the problem fairly quickly uncheck in was otherwise painless. The standard rooms and beds are not small, but they are also not very comfortable. You likely won't spend so much time in your room, so view the accommodations as slightly more private youth hostel. It is only slightly more private because while you have your own bathroom, the windows are covered by curtains that keep neither light or prying eyes at bay. You're also advised to keep your valuables with you at all times has locks don't function very well. The security is reasonable and the hotel is within an established tourist area that is somewhat guarded by the Taurus police. However, if one of the increasingly numerous gangs of professional thieves target the area they'll bypass the security like a hot knife cuts through butter. The electricity and the internet are both very erratic. When it rains hard both go out, although they usually returned within a half hour.

Clean room, very polite staff, all accessible and fluent in English, conveniently located hotel only few blocks away to Kololi beach. Safety and plenty of social life and safari services in the surrounding area . Premises really good including the pool and bar areas and the flowery garden. WiFi is generally good, breakfast however is basic and can do better with fruit and juice choices. Apartments well equipped in most units. I recommend the hotel

Staff was rude and suggestive of inappropriate activities. The rooms were old, tacky and uncomfortable. My room door did not properly close. You can hear every sound in a half km radius. Very loud.

Gut gelegenes Hotel

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch das Hotelzimmer war sauber. Nur leider lies das Frühstück viele Wünsche offen und war sehr überschaubar. Was uns gefiel, dass das Hotel optimal gelegen war. Alles war schnell zu erreichen wie Shops, Restaurants, Banken/Bankautomaten.
