Casa das Rosas- Villa with garden, Charneca da Cotovia

  • Cosy 3-story house in Charneca da Cotovia, Sesimbra municipality, a 7-minute drive from the town centre and the beach. Located in a quiet residential area close to local shops.

    The house has an upper floor with 3 bedrooms, including a suite with a queen-size bed and unobstructed views of Lisbon on the horizon; a second bedroom with two single beds, a balcony, a workspace, and a cot (if requested in advance, at no extra cost); and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. All bedrooms are spacious, have blackout curtains, wardrobes, and hangers. The third bedroom is awaiting furniture and new photos will be available as soon as possible.
    Intermediate floor with living and dining room and balcony. Lower floor with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and patio with barbecue, dining area, leisure area and ample green space. Ideal for families.
    All the equipment in the house is new.

    From May to September, the price includes a parking card at the covered car park of Praia da Califórnia, with unlimited entries, so you don't have to worry about anything.
