Family Vacation House With Swimming Pool, 25 M From The Beach

The house is situated in Sesimbra Village, facing the Atlantic Ocean and it's 25 m from the beach. It's included in a private condominium with private parking. This also has a private condominium pool, kinder-garden and gaming room (table tennis and snooker). Our house has an outside dinning room, which has a barbecue and a garden, all of them overlooking the sea, beach and marina. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them overlooking the sea, and a crib in case of need. It also has a computer with internet, cable TV, DVDs and children games and many toys. If you want fresh bread in the morning, bread is sold every mournig, around 10:00 am inside the villa's parking lot. You can also request laundry once a week and every Friday our housekeeper cleans up the house. If you don't feel like cooking, you can order some fine dishes from the nearby restaurants, and enjoy it on our terrace regarding the fascinating view.

A gold medal bringing appartment!🥇

We spent two fantastic weeks in this wonderful, perfectly equipped appartment. We had preparation and 2018 470 European Championship in Sailing, staying with the German Sailing Team. It was a perfect place to enjoy, relax and repower-up for the next day, after Training and Sailing this physically championship. This appartment is so lovely, well equipped in kitchen, rooms and garden, it has a fantastic scenic view on the Ocean. All these details helped us to win the Gold Medal, a perfect place to be! For sure, one day we will come back for some holiday, as Sesimbra‘s other side, we could not really enjoy this time, unfortunately, is a nice, familiar place with lots of nice, small restaurants! Especially for fish lovers! Thank you so much to the owner, Tomás! A perfect service, you deserved us with your appartment!

O conforto e as condições da casa superam as nossas expetativas e o que as fotografias intuíam! A casa é perfeita para a nossa família numerosa, quer pelo conforto e espaço, quer pela proximidade da praia, ou pelas condições que o condomínio oferece: piscina, espaços de jogos e lazer, segurança e tranquilidade. Estamos a dois passos do centro de Sesimbra, mas a arquitetura do condomínio e da casa garantem tranquilidade, sossego e desafogo. A simpatia e disponibilidade do Tomás (proprietário) é um extra essencial para uma estadia descansada. Balanço final: umas férias descansadas com imensa vontade de regressar!

A localização da casa é boa, perto do centro de sesimbra e da praia, os proprietários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A casa é muito boa, acolhedora e limpa, ótima para um grupo grande (no meu caso éramos 7 pessoas, 4 adultos e 3 crianças). A ter em conta para um dia regressar.

Emplacement idéal, calme, tout confort

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! La maison est idéalement située, aucun besoin de voiture pour se rendre à la plage ou en centre ville, l'accès à la piscine est juste au-dessus et juste en face il y a même quelques jeux pour les enfants. En elle-même, il y a tout le confort et l'espace nécessaire pour pouvoir vivre à plusieurs à son aise. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Enfin, les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, toujours disponibles si besoin et nous avions même de petits cadeaux à notre arrivée ! En bref, une adresse que nous gardons précieusement !

Great place for holiday stay, close proximity to the beach and swimming pool. I fully recommend

We spent 1 full week in the property in July '17. Really good location just next to the beach. Few nice restaurants or bars could be found just around the corner. Service is very good and slow so we enjoyed the feel and pulse of local culture;) House is well equipped so you will find all you need during stay. The view from terrace is terrific so we spent many hours drinking wine and grilling fish that we bought really fresh on the local market. Contact with owner was easy and timely so we faced no issues with anything we required.

A lovely family holiday home

This is a lovely family holiday home in a quiet complex mainly occupied by Portuguese families. The house was cool despite no air conditioning. The kitchen had everything you could need and there is a large new fridge freezer. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage. The children were pleased with the wifi! There is a lovely shaded patio/outdoor dining room with views of the sea, where we ate but there is room to eat inside if you wanted to. The lounge area is comfy with a large tv. [Had to make do with CNN for news!] The pool was never too full and had a lovely atmosphere. Sesimbra is a small but busy town. The town beach is great but even better is Praia de Meco a short drive away. The apartment is near the port and there is some noise as a result.Tomas was very helpful and we had a fabulous stay.

Great location, walking distance to the beach (even with a 3 year old). Amazing see views.

The residence is perfectly located. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The common pool offers stunning see views. Easy outdoor parking is available in the residence. The apartment is well equipped, nicely decorated, has a nice terrace with amazing see views, BBQ and small garden.
