This delightful 51 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 1st floor via stairs.

It is designed with open and vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a single couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing while cooking, including essential cookware, cutlery and a dining table for sharing meals together. A dishwasher and a washing machine are added for extra comfort.

The bedroom is modernly decorated and it includes a comfortable double bed fitted, air conditioning and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The area surrounding the property in Sesimbra is rich in cultural heritage and coastal beauty. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Avª 25 Abril (line 3220), is just a 75-meter walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
