Enjoy stunning sea views and a private balcony in this stylish 2-bedroom apartment. Located in a secure hilltop complex with elevator, pool, gym, and co-working space, it’s just 10 minutes from the beach and Sesimbra’s town center.

On the 6th floor, the bright open-plan living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, plush sofas, and a flat-screen TV. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy morning coffee or sunset drinks with panoramic views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and kettle. A dining table for four to six makes meals easy.

Two bedrooms offer restful sleep: the main with a 160x200 cm double bed, the second with a 140x200 cm double bed, both with quality linens. The modern bathroom has a bathtub with handheld shower, towels, and essentials. With fast WiFi and work-friendly corners, it’s ideal for remote work or relaxation.

Sesimbra, a charming coastal town, is famed for fresh seafood, calm beaches, and a relaxed seaside vibe—perfect for beach days and local exploration.

Amazing view!

Both the condo itself, and the complex are really well maintained. The condo management company, Lisbeyond, was terrific. The best feature of the unit was the amazing ocean view. Twice during our stay we saw dolphins from our balcony.

Schöne Wohnung mit Verbesserungspotential

Eine schöne Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, die Betten sehr gut. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden, der Pool ist gepflegt, die Lage ist zentral aber dennoch angenehm ruhig. Folgende Dinge müssen verbessert werden: Auf dem Balkon gibt es keinerlei Sonnenschutz, dadurch ist ein Aufenthalt von 13 bis 18 Uhr nahezu unmöglich, im Schlafzimmer gibt es nur ein Stoffrollo, welches die ganze Nacht klappert.
