Charming colorful and functional T2 of 25m² in the tourist area, you will appreciate the "little Venice" atmosphere near the beaches
The apartment is well equipped with a loggia will allow you to eat and have an aperitif while having a nice view of the canal and boats. It is located on the 1st floor of a secure and well maintained residence plus the parking is closed and FREE. The orientation is EST which allows you to stay cool even in hot weather!You will be in the heart of the beach district while having the possibility of going to the city center thanks to a bus (10mn) or by taking the stroll along the sea (30mn) The apartment will be clean from your arrival

Séjour magnifique
Nous sommes descendu du 26 au 29fevrier 2020, nous avons fait une super rencontre avec la propriétaire, ces une personne a l'écoute, et très gentille , l'appartement est très bien situé, proche de tout , nous reviendrons sans problème dans son logement ....
Nous étions descendu pour voir nos acteurs de "demain nous appartient " elle as su nous conseiller et nous aider pour arriver à les rencontrer . Nous en gardons à souvenir magique ....merci pour tout et as très vite
