Holiday rental in Sète: Magnificent two-room apartment of 34m², completely renovated, facing south with 6m² terrace, located on the third floor, this apartment has a sea view. The beaches are 150 m away and the shops are on site. The living room is composed of a 2-seater sofa bed, a flat screen TV and an equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven). In the bedroom, there is a 160 double bed and storage cupboard, a shower, a washing machine, sink. Separate toilets.
A parking space is provided at number 110.
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
