  • Les Jardins de la Mer Residence: This 18 m² studio with a sleeping alcove is located just a stone’s throw from the heart of the Corniche area and only a 2-minute walk from its beaches. <br><br> <br><br>Located on the 4th floor (accessible by lift), its north/west-facing terrace offers a view of Mont Saint Clair. <br><br> <br><br>The kitchenette includes 2 ceramic cooktop burners, a top-mounted fridge with freezer, a microwave, and a drip coffee maker. <br><br> <br><br>The living area with a TV features a sofa bed (140 cm) and a fan. <br><br>At the entrance, the sleeping area has two single bunk beds (80 cm). <br><br> <br><br>No parking space available, but the neighborhood’s restaurants and shops, as well as the nearby bus stop, will allow you to fully enjoy your stay without having to use your car! <br><br> <br><br>Non-smoking accommodation. un bon séjour

emplacement intéressant, proche plage, proche commerces. prix abordable pour petits budgets.. un petit appartement sympa pour une personne ou un couple. comme je dis souvent, il n'y a pas à se plaindre quand on vient en vacances dans ce type de logement. on vit dehors la plupart de la journée. Et surtout, super accueil du personnel de l'Agence, ainsi que des femmes de ménage qui triment dur la journée dans l'immeuble.. peut-être aérer plus en cas de période sans locataire car je n'ai as pu faire partir l'odeur de "renfermé??" en 15 jours.. vérifier la douche, l'eau est longue à s'évacuer mais ne déborde pas du bac.
