Location, location, location!!

The location of the apartment couldn't be better. It is in the center of everything, but yet quiet inside. I was fortunate to be in Sete for "Les joutes nautiques.". What a wonderful spectacleto see! For dinner I highly recommend Chez Francois (8 Quai General Durand) just a two minutes walk from the apartment. Seafood was excellent, as was the service. Reservation recommended. Finally, the reception I received from Cecile was so welcoming. As a solo traveler I appreciated the effort she made to accommodate my needs before my arrival and during my stay. Merci Cecile.

Pro:- Lage direkt am Kanal und an der schönen Fußgängerzone, die Markthalle und viele Geschäfte und Cafés in kürzester Laufnähe - Recht günstiger Preis- Parkhaus bid 1,90m Fahrzeughöhe direkt gegenüberContra:- Die Wohnung ist recht verlebt, Spuren von Feuchtigkeit, verrammelte Kanten, eine sehr alte und dreckige Kaffeemaschine (es gibt neue für 40,-), staubig- der Austritt aus dem Fenster ist eigentlich nicht zu nutzen - auf einem steht die Klimaanlage, auf dem anderen Baustützen, die dort sichtlich lange stehen. Es ist also maximal von einer Person mit kleinem Hocker nutzbar.- im Treppenhaus hatte sich jemand erleichtert und niemand fand es in 5 Tagen angemessen, das zu beseitigen- direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer sind die Sammel-Müllbehälter der zahlreichen Gastronomien. Auch die Sammelstelle für die Kloake aus den Restaurants, die in Sète 1x wöchentlich nachts 1.30Uhr abgepumpt wird, Geruch bei 35 Grad inklusive- Besagter Müll inklusive Altglas wird jede Nacht um 4.30h geleert - ein LKW mit Blaulicht, Personal und viel Krach und Geruch- Parken ist nur gegen hohe Gebühren in den Parkhäusern möglich. Im umliegenden Wohngebiet sind die meisten Plätze nur für 30 oder 120 min verfügbarAlles in Allem eine nette kleine Wohnung mitten im Zentrum, die sicherlich super für eine Nacht nach dem Feiern oder auch einen Wochenendtrip geeignet ist.Sucht Wohnqualität zum Abschalten in der Stadt sollte man bereitwillig mehr bezahlen.

Appartement bien situé parfait pour 2 adultes et profiter de la charmante ville de Sète. A proximité des Halles et commerces. Réseau de bus pour accéder au différents sites. Parking du canal à proximité mais un peu cher.

Joli 2 pieces lumineux au dessus des quais. Très agréable et très central dans une jolie ville animée et avec de magnifiques balades à faire. A 2 pas du marché des halles et de tous les commerces. Bien équipé et literie confortable.

Appartement très bien situé et équipé, nous avons passez un agréable séjour et nous recommandons vivement. Seul bémol qui n'est pas en lien avec le logement, le parking du Canal, vu son prix il est à éviter au maximum.

Résidons en Occitanie et avons souvent traversé Sète sans s'y arrêter, une course rapide ou un restaurant sur un trajet retour vacances. Cette année l'envie de séjourner plus longtemps à Sète à ressurgi. Déjà trouver un appartement avec non seulement un confort mais une proximité avec les sètois. Une réelle découverte de la ville juste après la fête de la St Louis . Des commerces, les halles, les restaurants multiples , les transports en commun pour se déplacer plus facilement vers les plages et communes environnantes et pour les plus sportifs le vélo . Cette pratique nous a permis de faire le tour de l'étang de thau sur une journée, un régal mais un peu chaud quand même avec cette chaleur d'Août. Nous dirons que ces 5 jours auront été chargés d'émotions et d'histoire. A refaire sans hésitation.

La literie et la lunette des toilettes mériteraient d’être changées Malgré avoir signalé que la TV ne fonctionnait pas aucune réaction des propriétaires. Très bon emplacement Dommage que les fenêtres soient si étroites ce qui ne permet pas de profiter de la très belle vue sur le canal

Toujours un plaisir de séjourner à Sète, ville vivante.

Appartement au coeur de la ville, vue imprenable sur le canal, à 150 m du super marché couvert de Sète ouvert tous les jours avec de beaux étals de poissons. Des terrasses de café bien garnies ou on a quelques fois du mal à trouver une petite place. Et pour les inconditionnels un musée Brassens que l'on ne peut traverser sans émotion. Pour le parking il faut juste traverser la rue.
