"Instalações mal conservadas. Limpeza deixa a desejar. Poeira e mofo.Havia insetos pelo chão, o ar condicionado todo sujo não condicionava bem e fazia muito barulho. Tivemos que pedir lençóis, sabonetes, papel higiénico e toalhas. O frigobar cheirava mal. O café da manhã era fraco. Havia animais pelo restaurante. Havia um animal em cima de uma mesa.
