"Clean big rooms. Free parking. The bathroom counter and toilette arebtoo short for me but it is manageable. Theybdont provid any complementary water in the lobby or rooms. "

"We had a great weekend stay in this cute little house. The owners were very nice. The area was safe and parking was only about 50 feet from the front door. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Shower had good water pressure. It was very clean. It was perfect for the weekend. If we ever visit Austin, Texas again….we would stay here. "

"Hotel lobby and rooms are fresh and well maintained. I have stayed here several times because this is in a convenient location. My only complaint is that your windows badly need cleaned. Over several years, they continue to be very dirty and appear to have not been for many years. Also paying $38 and taxes adding up to a total of $43 is exorbitant. "

"The TV was broken and almost fell on us. There was no soap and it had a mild smell of body odor. The AC cord was unplugged and we were too scared to plug it in due to maybe a faulty wiring. We left and are requesting our money back."

"This was the second time we have stayed at this location, and both times there were issues with roaches in the room. This last visit, we needed a toilet plunger bc the toilet backed up and we were told that the maintenance person had left for the day, not providing any solution. "

"This is a little older hotel. But the location is perfect. The breakfast is WONDERFUL! The rooms are spacious with a separate TV area if your sleep partner stays up later or gets up earlier than you. The AC in the room could get a little colder but that’s my only complaint "
