The valet was very kind the front desk staff looked miserable. There were complimentary cookies and apple cider when you walk in that was cool. The room was pretty the beekman shampoo lotion hand soap and conditioner was also pretty cool. The breakfast was outstanding 10/10

We had a terrible experience in the room with the tub in our room. As i was getting in the shower and turn on the water i was flushed with brown rusted disgusting pieces all over me that came out with the water. The anxiety i felt in that moment was not familiar to me, and up until now as i write this review i cant calm down.
When i called the guest service to report that i learned that the entire building of the hotel was closed for the past 3 days as they had to test the boilers and pipes on the building and today is the first day since that they welcomed guest back. Why would you do that to your guests? Why wouldn't you complete maintenance and cleaning prior to host guest in these rooms?

Room was very clean, bathroom was amazing. Bed was the only issue. Had significant dips and lumps I wouldn't expect a $400/night hotel matress would have.
