The "Guest House" is an independent house in the middle of orange trees, on 2 ha, part of an Andalusian style Andalusian Quinta, surrounded by nature.
Exceptional view of Lisbon, Sintra, the mountain and the sumptuous sunsets on the Atlantic.
Golf courses: Quinta de Peru 10 km, Troia 15 km (via Ferry Boat for access to the Troia peninsula), Aroeira 29 km ....
9 splendid beaches of fine sands at 10 km, on the outskirts of Portinho, within the Natural Park of Arrabida, Sesimbra 10 km with its many restaurants (more than 50), its marinas and fishing, its old village, its medieval castle with its church, its beautiful and famous beach in the box, its water sports with sailing, diving, boat trip to see the dolphins and underwater, etc. Facing the ocean, exceptional beaches do Meco 18 km, Huge beaches on the ocean and lake in Lagoa de Albufeira 20 km.
Renovated in 2018, bright and comfortable house, pleasant to live with views of the surrounding natural landscape.
The house has 100 M2, two bedrooms, two large bathrooms, a kitchen, with dining area, a living room, an outdoor stone country dining area with BBQ, rest areas, a swimming pool (unsecured not suitable for young children), access to the park.
Numerous restaurants in Sesimbra (10 km) Azeitao (6 km).
Lisbon center is 40 minutes drive (39 km), the airport 42 minutes (43 km), Setubal 16 km.

Stunning private property

Heerlijk huis op privé terrein met zwembad en grote tuin

Heerlijk huis op rustige locatie. Sfeervol en compleet ingericht en nog ruimer dan de foto’s deden vermoeden. Fijne bedden en goede douches. Goede communicatie met de gastvrije eigenaren. Ligt mooi centraal voor bezoek aan Lissabon (tip: parkeer bij Seixal en neem de ferry) en de omgeving.

Ruhige und zentrale Lage in Reichweite von Lissabon

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem liebevoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Haus. Bei kleineren Problemchen wurde sofort geholfen und auch gerne Auskunft gegeben. Besonders gut hat uns die Ruhe und die Nähe zu weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten neben Lissabon gefallen. Ein paar Liegen und eine Verschattung vor dem Haus wären schön! Ansonsten alles top! Danke Brigitte für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Prachtige plek vlakbij een natuurpark, rustig, mooie uitvalsbasis voor strand, stad en uitstapjes.

Geweldig bijzondere gastheer en gastvrouw die bijzondere touch geven aan het verblijf. Je voelt je echt thuis en even als God in Portugal.

Lovely house, beautiful location

Lovely converted outbuilding in the grounds of the owners. Very helpful hosts, sorted out issues with the Wi-Fi immediately but otherwise unobtrusive. A good location for access to the coast or Lisbon.

Beautifull and tranquile

Fantastic house. Seems bigger than the pictures and it is absolutely beautifull. The area is amazing, and we got better food in Sesimbra than Lissabon. Setubal and its marked and restaurants along the Coast line is wonderfull. Brigitte is a wonderfull host. She and her husband lives on the property on their own house. Will recommend this to all!
