"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. "Lovely comfortable hotel at the end of the promenade near the harbour. I loved the location as it was only a few minutes to the main hustle & bustle of the promenade but at the quiet end so we had peace & quiet.
Large comfortable modern room - bed was so soft and had the best night sleep here when travelling around Albania.
Shower was great - great quality & lovely soft linen/bedding/towels - large balcony.
Although not too much storage/drawers if staying longer.

"A fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Convenient location for exploring Vlore, Orikum and Dhermi. Very clean and comfortable with a great bed, linens, pillows. Wonderful outdoor swimming pool, large and deep with plenty of comfy sun loungers. Nice little gym and the much appreciated sauna, steam room and indoor plung pool. An astounding value for such a great hotel with all these amenities. Very highly recommended "

"The property is new with nice amenities. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was also great. It's also close to the beach. The check in and check out process was smooth. Underground parking was available. Gerti, the manager of the Valza hotel was very welcoming and accommodating."

"The hotel is lovely, quiet, with an amazing view, the family that run the hotel are lovely and very helpful. There is a small bar, pool, tables and sun beds outside. I had a large balcony with seating, plenty of room to do yoga outside.
The only opportunities to improve would be the food menu, which needs more variety as when I visited it was only pizza and salads.
Also selling large bottles of water to save rubbish.
I would 100% recommend and return "
