"The location of the hotel was in a good spot with surrounding shopping centers and grocery stores. Check in was easy and got our room key. The only complaint we had was going to our room and it was not cleaned but in their system it showed as cleaned up. Fortunately they gave us a different room for the night and then moved us to a better hotel room. Besides that, our newer room was clean and comfortable."

"Bed bugs, smoke, window would not close, no screen, no decor on walls, bathtub stained, toilet dirty, mattress stained"

"They hotel was clean, bkft was good, staff was very good, but it is poorly insulated from outside noise and so close to the highway which is a major route for trucks and it was noisy in the room. Did not sleep well with the noise that went on all night."

"The refrig in room 106 is not working properly - it freezes everything solid, even on the lowest setting."

"Great staff and convenient location. The TV was not on their network so not able to cast and stream. Breakfast was just okay."

"Very friendly staff. Lots of breakfast choices. Wonderful Costa Rica coffee, individually brewed. All in all a comfortable night close to the action (in our case, Ann Arbor happenings)."
