Beach Condo with Sunset Views

This renovated top floor unit offers stunning views of both the Caribbean Sea from your substantial private balcony and the pool area from the balcony or the side window. This unit has been professionally finished with luxury and elegance, including therapeutic walk-in shower, high end appliances and zoned air conditioning.

The modern kitchen has stone counters, wood cabinetry, professional series Frigidaire kitchen appliances. Includes induction stove, french door refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig, and drip coffee machines, toaster, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

We provide towels, beach towels, extra pillows and linens, shampoo and soap.

The unit has been decked out with a great entertainment system including a 65" flat screen television, fiber optic cable / internet circuit with HD and premium channels and Wi-Fi coverage. There is a 55" smart TV in the main bedroom and a 32" smart TV in the guest room.

The condo is located at the exquisite Sunset Cove resort style condo complex on the world famous Seven Mile beach in Grand Cayman. We have large pool with swim up bar, on-site restaurant.

The resort offers many great amenities. The west facing beach area is great for watching the sun set over the ocean. The soft white sands lead you into the cove area where a man-made rock wall form a protective barrier allowing for gentler ocean swimming and snorkeling. For the adventurous types, swim beyond the cove area to discover a natural coral reef for your snorkeling pleasure.

After your ocean dip, why not chill out in the large pool with a swim up bar to the on-site "Lazy Lizard" restaurant. The large pool also has a mini lazy river, a waterfall, a shallow "kiddie pool" area for families with young children and a hot tub.

Other on site-facilities include a BBQ area, plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas.

Whilst vacationing in Cayman, I will be more than happy to help you in any way we can. I am local here so know all the best spots and activities to check out to make your stay more enjoyable.

Our place is ideally located on Seven Mile beach which is the hub for entertainment, restaurants and activities in Grand Cayman. We are situated within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, the top restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators and several dive shops nearby and of course the beach.

If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively there is public transportation on our road, West Bay road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip. If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will have door to door transportation.

The condo uses a key-less entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys around. It will be programmed with your unique code for during your stay.

There is also security guards on premises and CCTV.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and well stocked with beach toys, snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray, even coffee for our first morning. The view was great…can see the ocean and beach. Bed was comfortable, very clean place, nice kitchen, couch, etc. Third floor was nice with extra ceiling height. Location was great too…can walk to restaurants. Will be back.

Perfect Spot

Everything was as advertised and condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Condo is close to everything with anything you need within walking distance. Private beach and pool were not crowded at all and very peaceful. Thank you for the great place to stay!

A Little Piece of Paradise!

Our time at Sunset Cove was perfect! We enjoyed great weather, beautiful waters, and gorgeous sunsets! The condo was awesome - everything we needed right at our fingertips. Perfect location!

This condo was in the perfect location with the most beautiful views! The condo fit our family of 5 perfectly- 3 kids ages 6-11. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Bill was great to work with, a great communicator, and had a really informative welcome book. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we vacation in Grand Cayman!

Beautiful property at a great location

Two adult couples in our party stayed at Bill's place. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and in a great location. The balcony was spacious with comfortable furniture, kitchen was well appointed with all the appliances we could need. Our bedrooms and closets were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend! Bill is a wonderful host and provided helpful information for restaurants and tours. Thank you for making this a great home away from home for us!

Excellent Condo & Location!

My wife and I recently stayed in Bill's condo at the Southern portion of SMB. It was everything as advertised, but better! Bill was a super host and our communications on various needs were great and very timely. We love to snorkel, and the reef in front of our beach area was great. Maybe about 50-60 yards out, but very swimable for medium to good swimmers. Location was excellent for anything and everything on SMB or Georgetown. We can't wait to go back to GCI and would definitely rent Bill's condo again ! Gene & Sue Krismanits

Great Condo!

The condo was as described. Great location and the beach area with the lagoon and water surrounding the jetty was beautiful. Having the restaurant & bar on site was very convenient. We didn’t rent a car, however, we should have as a lot of the restaurants we wanted to try weren’t within walking distance. It also would have been nice to get to the north end of the island without taking taxi’s. Taxi’s do work great on the island though! Very friendly & easy. Highly recommend this condo as it was very comfortable & modern. Bill, the owner, is great too!

Amazing condo, amazing island!

We just loved our trip to Grand Cayman! The cove in front of our condo provided great snorkeling, floating, and swimming right outside our door. The beach was lovely and quiet too- so relaxing! The condo was roomy and comfortable. Perfect for two couples. Bill was attentive and helpful. We would rent from him again for sure! The restaurants were excellent in the area and the island is so safe! We took the public bus or walked everywhere! Thank you for sharing your condo with us- we can’t wait to return! Condo as pictured

Bill was so responsive in helping me with any questions I had leading up to our trip. All of the photos online are completely accurate and in addition, Bill supplied extras such as laundry detergent, soap/shampoo and towels. It was so nice being able to wash and dry! The property itself is older but well kept. It was nice to have the pool restaurant and bar, as well. The food deliah and the service was great. A few recommendations for first timers like us: definitely rent a car and don’t forget they drive on the left hand side of the road. We could walk to a few restaurants but we definitely needed a car to explore the island. Do a stingray/snorkel tour! Just beautiful. We loved eating at Anchor and Den (inside the Marriott and can walk to it), Ms. Pipers (in back of the Hampton Inn and again can walk to it. Such fresh food!) and Paradise Pizza. Enjoy your perfect, quite slice of Caymans at this condo. Thank you, Bill!

This is a fantastic property. The condo is very well equipped and large enough for our family of five to not be on top of each other. Bill provides a ton of outdoor toys for the beach and pool. The property is amazing the snorkeling outside the lagoon is great and the pool with the bar/restaurant is outstanding. We walked to dinner every night and loved XQs the most! We also dive with Living the Dream (outstanding) and did the stingray tour with captain marvin (also great). Highly recommend this condo.

Our stay at this beautiful Cayman Islands property was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the space was. It’s clear the owners take great pride in providing an inviting and clean environment for their guests.The villa is stocked with everything you could possibly need – from a fully equipped kitchen to beach gear for the perfect day by the water. The snorkeling at Sunset Cove was great. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the turquoise waters and enjoying sunsets from the balcony was pure magic. Wonderful trip. Owner was so on it. Needed pillows . He brought us some. Awesome couch. Great view. Bed was good. No pains. Set up well. Had about everything we needed for our stay. The condo provided all the amenities we needed. The patio view of the ocean and pool were spectacular. The pool and swim up bar were great. There were lots of families and kids so it would be loud at times Our Host, Bill, was wonderful and went above and beyond when asked about something. WeWould recommend and stay here again.

Great Views and Well Equipped Condo

Bill was a fantastic host, and the condo was well-equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed, and we were comfortable in the living area. The photos are a legitimate representation of the unit. We appreciated that even sunblock and snorkeling equipment were available for use. The pool was never crowded, and the proximity to the beach was terrific. I will say the bed in the primary bedroom was way too soft for us - especially my husband so it is something to consider if you have back issues. There were also some minor things that I did share with Bill that could use a refresher, like the beach towels. The location is next to an empty hotel (apparently bought by Hyatt), and access to the condos was off a parking lot. Given how expensive the island is, we found the condo to be an excellent value for the price. Taxis can be costly, but a lot is walkable from the condo, which is convenient. Thank you.

Spacious and clean

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent, the apartment had more than enough room for all 5 of us, and the property facilities were great. Everyone enjoyed swimming in the pool, hot tub and grotto. Access to transit was easy and there were enough restaurants close by that we didn’t need to go far when we wanted to eat out. The grocery store was an easy 15 minute walk down the road. Andy’s car rental is a 5 minute walk, so that made our car rental for a one day excursion very convenient. Thanks for making our time in Grand Cayman enjoyable!

Simply Amazing!!

Wow what an amazing stay we had!! Bill was a wonderful host who answered questions quickly. The view is absolutely stunning!!! This complex has a swim up bar with great food and drinks and friendly staff. The condo was wonderfully decorated and super clean!! We actually would not change a thing about this vacation and k ow we will definitely be back and will hopefully rent this same condo again and again!!!
